A great cafe in the heart of Walkerville's shopping district
Places that offer excessive breakfasts can sometimes be exactly that - excessive. This place perfectly blends large and extravagant meals with delicious drinks in a great environment
So many ticks go to this place - the flavours, the coffee and the environment - I love it all
It's a busy place, so book ahead; but if you're in the area, definitely pop in
Highly recommend we had breakfast here food was fresh and full of flavours. Service was excellent and the menu has healthy choices + a good kids selection.
Friendly we’ll trained staff full stars.
One of our favorite meals that we had on our holiday to Adelaide. Surprise spot when we desperately needed brunch after being jet lagged. Thank goodness for Australian coffee and we loved a good cappuccino here! I got the chili cheese scrambled egg sandwich and my husband got the eggs benny, all delicious! My sister however won and ordered the beetroot and ricotta fritters, just order it!
We came here last week and its always one of the best cafe for breakfast we ever visited. The portion was really big, the food sooo yummmy, but if you decided to visit this place just get ready to wait bit longer because it was sooo busy especially in the weekend. The customer service was best, food coming out really quick. Gonna coming back again ofcourse
The place is good, the service is good, do not go on a Sunday, too many people and the wait is very long to get a table, when you finally get the table they tell you that there is nothing to eat. 🤣The waiters are very good and helpful, I would recommend that they add some type of sandwich or ham and cheese toast to the menu.
Fantastic spot for breakfast. I went on a Saturday morning and getting a table (be it inside) was not an issue. The fritters were amazing.

Dined in for brunch. Great food options, strong coffee, urban environment and the chicken tacos were noteworthy!
Generous portion, reasonable price. Delicious hot chocolate and meals.
A little treat for myself…❤️
Food: yum, top tier garnishing
Service: five star servers.
Ambience: not as chill as a beach cafe, it’s toned with some city vibe, good to be there with business partners. (IMO. Best to be alone though, no one can disturb your enjoyable brunch, staring outside and putting tasty food into your mouth. Just describing the best part of my day.)
Masters of their craft here at Coffee Institute.
Superb & creative food with a wide menu choice on offer.
Art on a plate, really impressive, generous portions and amazing coffee.
Very attentive and friendly service.
Not the quietest place to have a quiet lazy breakfast, however busy and outdoor dining available.
Had takeaway coffee a few days after dining in, again spot on and staff again friendly.
Corn and zucchini fritters amazing as well as Spanish Omelette very good.
