Perfect place to stay before taking off on a West Coast tour or going to Namibia. I can recommend any foreigner to stay here for a night or two, at least. We've been there 4 times. We go for a walk with the dog and the baby and then go eat at the restaurant because the food is amazing. Super great day trip for a family. All the museum exhibitions are beautifully presented, modern and interesting.

We came for the tractor trip but were far more impressed with the restaurant and museum. The food was utterly delicious and well priced whereas the tractor trip was average and overpriced. R900 for five of us.

Words cannot describe how simply delicious each meal tasted! My family of five each ordered a different meal and each person was blown away with how fantastic the food was presented, how amazing it tasted and the fact that most of the food is sourced from the property! JUST WONDERFUL!!!

For one, it’s a beautiful place to visit. The buildings and the land is just so stunning. Their café has wonderful breakfast, which is a great way to start the whole experience. All the information about the first people, and their history is so interesting. They explain it in such a intricate way,
Great place to walk, ride, get educated about the San people, and have a brunch or lunch. Lovely vistas and many eland, zebra and other game as one walks around the farm. Have a herb garden with info on the herbal medicines the San used. Super friendly staff. Makes a really pleasant outing.
