It was absolutely lovely at Chart Farm. Excellent friendly service and we were greeted on arrival. Best to phone ahead to make a booking as they can tend to be busy. But they are completely wheelchair accessible and very accommodating to people with mobility issues. Their cakes were excellent and I would strongly recommend the scones. They give so much toppings that you wont run about. And the portion sizes are big. There are absolutely stunning views.

Such a great tranquil spot with the most magnificent views to soak up an afternoon in Cape Town. Pick roses before or after having a coffee / tea and my favourite Apple crumble (Sadly sold out today as we only arrived there at 15h20. I would say to the owners that there are always many oldies there and to improve a repair on the paving which is very exposed in many areas would be good as this poses considerable stress for them in terms of OHS if anyone trips an injures themselves.

What a lovely breakfast spot with beautiful views and friendly staff. Our waiter was super friendly and gave us great service. Great spot for the family and really nice food. Pick roses or pick your own seedless grapes and buy some preserves, this place is worth the visit.

Such a lovely place for brekkie/brunch and a nice cup of coffee! Food is delicious, the setting is gorgeous, and service gets 5* too. Don't forget to stroll around and enjoy the stunning views and the beauty of roses. Highly recommended!

Beautifully location nestled in a valley. Great for tea and cake. Beautiful garden roses on the farm to pick in season.

Not a Halal outlet, but the cakes and vegetarian options are DELICIOUS 🤩. Staff are friendly and efficient and the food portion sizes are Generous. Tip: cakes are so good that they tend to sell out by lunchtime.

Been a loyal customer now for a while. Each time I want to get away from familiar faces of Cape Town and have quiet quality time, this is the spot to sit in the sun with view down the valley and beautiful mountains and watch: birds, elderly people celebrating life, parents chase their kids, smell roses and enjoy cup of good coffee or earl grey tea together with what I claim to be best scones in Cape Town. (Not only me claims that by the way). Every time I go, I try to order something different to try and everything I’ve had always exceeds my expectations. People working there are always friendly, helpful, always find a space even if it seems to be booked up and full. I highly recommend.

Once I found the place (Google maps got it wrong) it was worth the find. Loved being able to pick roses after lunch. Food was delicious and our waiter was very friendly.

Pleasant improvement in food quality and service compared to previous visit 3 yrs ago. Old school diner with an old school menu. Breathtaking views and child friendly space creates a lovely family outing. Let's not forget the stunning rose garden!

Highly recommended to reserve as they get packed rather quickly. Lovely outdoor seating with the most amazing view. Their food is great quality and flavour! Going out to pick some roses or simply walking the field after food is just the topping on the cake for this hidden gem of a place. Cost for a full breakfast (including beverage) for one: R150 max. Picking Roses: R8 per rose. Make sure to have an ID or Drivers or pay R100 fee for the 'hire' of your bucket and clippers (you get them back afterwards).

Had a lovely birthday breakfast here. Food was good, despite one of the chefs absent. Views are beautiful and the waiter did well to look after us on a busy Saterday morning.

Love this venue!! Good food, generous portions, and good coffee. Have to specifically mention Akona - the best service, a beautiful smile to match her big friendly personality. We come back for that every year! 🌹🎂☕️
