Review Mugg & Bean - Worcester

My favorite place, so wherever I travel in South Africa, I find the Mugg & Bean near me. This time I had the Thai Chicken soup, and it was absolutely delicious and amazing!

Wow, wow, wow Mugg & Bean Worcester, there has been an immense improvement in your restaurant. We loved every moment and thank you too to the new management, Nicky for your kindness and for giving us a great new experience. Service was great and food was sooooo yummy! Will definitely return!

Me and my husband visit mugg and bean Worcester mountain mill every single day for years. The food is always good and even after all this time visiting, the staff treat us still with the utmost respect and kindness. My two favourite baristas, always serving us with a smile and already know our order. The waitresses( you all know who you are ) always up for a chat and the newest addition to the family Nicky who is always willing to chat and told us about new stuff on the new menu. Natasha always sorts out any problem quick and willing to help. For me going to Mugg and Bean Worcester is having that same familiarity you have drinking a coffee at your best friend's house.

Great service, clean and the food was delicious! They have one of the best Caffe Lattes I've had. Will definitely go back.

We've always enjoyed Mugg and Bean. It offers great food and coffee in a relaxed atmosphere. The service is great and the staff friendly. The Thai Noodle bowl are a must. You will not be disappointed. I love the RAK table ware, definately lends a certain sence of style to ones dining experience.

Good food and friendly service. The kidies menu is very good with big portions. Try the big boy breakfast. The M&B is close to the cinema so easy to get something to eat before or after a movie. Would visit again.

We had a great meal and their butter chicken curry bowl is a winner. My wfie had a chicken strip starter with a sweet chillie sauce which was tender and tasty!

Really enjoyed the coffee here after a quick stop on a rather long trip. The food is better than most other branches I've visited. And an experience can only be as good as those who present it. Many thanks to my wonderful waitress Nyari for making this one worthwhile. I will definitely recommend Worcester Mugg and Bean to anyone looking to grab a quick bite at the Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester.

We arrived here at 5pm and enquired about their closing time which we were told was 6pm.<br/><br/>I ordered the bottomless house coffee and wife had a sparkling water and slice of carrot cake. Sadly the service was not great. Of the 3 house coffees there was only one available and by the time we left at 17:35 they had packed away all the house coffees. When I requested the bill at 17:30 the waitress promptly cleared my cup which still had a few sips of coffee in it... And didn't enquire as to whether I was done or wanted more. Asking for the bill doesn't mean you are done.<br/><br/>The carrot cake was good though... Very moist and fresh.

I was gladly to get breakfast here, great warm service compared to others mugg & bean..<br/><br/>We order the pancakes, definitely recomend them, good portion.

This is the best M&B I've been to. Friendly and good service from our lovely waitress. The food was very yummy as well. I recommend their flapjacks; it's so delicious. The food came quickly as well. Have been coming here for quite a bit, mostly because Worcester isn't exactly overflowing with different restaurants. The coffee is great, really...the easy cappuccino is smoothe and not bitter. The food varies in quality quite a lot, I've eaten here and had amazing food, and on other times where the food is terrible. The service also varies between great and sucky with long waits and too few staff.
