I would like to recommended that the call centre agents shares the pizza promotions with clients when they take orders!! Good reliable always the same. Which is great to have a go to spot where you know what to expect. Best to use the online order and collect service which is my preferred way of ordering

Ordered a chicken triple decker at Strand street and it had no chicken but mushrooms and it was sweet chilli which I never oderd! When I took it back the same was filled with chicken and it was given to me COLD! I called customer care and I was promised a call back from the shop! That was an hour ago and I'm still waiting !

We’ve ordered from Debonairs multiple times mainly out of convenience however they continue to under-deliver. Paying extra for double extra cheese is a waste, and is no different to the standard base pizza.

Walk in, order pizza, stand around for a while, leave with pizza. <br/>I've ordered from here using the online order and delivery system (in times of dire laziness) and my standardized premade pizza arrived hot and tasty at my doorstep without any fuss. These places are necessary for society to function properly, you snob.

This doesn't not require a star. HORRENDOUS service from the Debonairs Woodstock branch. I ordered a pizza at 1:40pm it comes at 4:40pm without a notification from them. We thought the shop was closed. The pizza was freezing, with no sticker to get it free as it is their slogan. They forgot to bring my drink, we paid. We Called the manager 3 times with horrible attitude and hang up the phone 2 times. They refused to give us a refund. The manager was shooting at me on the phone while I was calm. No MANNERS, he would not apologize. He talked to me with a cold ATTITUDE. My boyfriend then called him and asked for a refund they said they will bing it in cash. This is unacceptable to treat your customers like this. This is not the first time i have problems with them and this is the last time i will be supporting this company.

I was really hungry after a long day at campus and needed a quick meal. I tend to be more fine dining but the tikka chicken and Mexican fiesta pizza really hit the spot and was delivered quite fast will definitely be ordering from then again if dire hunger shows its nasty head
