Review The Parson's Nose - Woodstock

Shelley Mackay-Davidson
We visited this newly opened restaurant for dinner last night. What a lovely experience. From the friendly and engaging owner, Sean, to the efficient staff, great service and ambiance, to a versatile and enticing menu. The concept is that all the food on the menu is inspired by chicken (and eggs) - so this includes everything from southern fried chicken burger, the ever popular chicken wings and croquettes, to the absolutely delicious peri peri chicken livers (which i tried) to the oven baked Mother's Lemon Chicken, which my partner proclaimed was delicious. For the vegetarians there is always the aptly named Eggplant burger, Eggplant Parmigiana and Roasted Red Pepper, Chickpea and Spinach curry, which looked delicious when served at the table next to ours. Great food, generous portions and well priced. We will be back!

Such friendly staff and owner. It's dog friendly, wheelchair accessible and child friendly. Great for Birthday parties or private functions. If you love chicken you will love their menu options.
