I tried the progressive option for my espresso and was a little disappointed. They immediately offered to remake the coffee and adjusted the extraction.

Rosetta is at the apex of coffee brewing in Cape Town, the only downside to their cafe at Bree is the size of the space - all that goodness needs a larger space. Decent coffee and chill/modern cafe. I liked that you could select the beans for your drink, but found the cortado a little bigger and milky than most other places (they did not use the traditional cortado glass).
Coffee 12/10, Sinikiwe’s flat-white was so good today (as it is EVERYDAY) it transcended a regular light/medium-roast-milk-coffee-drink and became more of a vanilla chocolate almond cherry milkshake served hot, at the perfect temperature. If speciality coffee is your thing - Rosetta is the place to visit. I tried the Kyoto Ice Coffee. A complete wild card but I enjoyed trying something new.
It's hard for a coffee shop to get everything right. From the food to the ambiance, it's really really hard (I'm failing at it right now, so I know first hand).

Incredible coffee and atmosphere. The sweet treats looked great, but couldn't tempt myself into buying one. I had a Flat White and the taste, body and latte art was great! Very pleased with the service and experience from the manager and barista.
Stunning location, barista is very helpful. My only notes would be removing the signs on the tables that say you can only stay for 45 minutes; when I asked the waiter, he said not to worry, it's a covid artefact. It could be more apparent as a client, so dump them.
