Not too busy and great ambience set up. However, the craft beer drinkers can be rowdy sometimes.
The food is good, the steaks to die for and the staff attentive (well, sometimes!). I’d recommend it any day.
Been a couple of times to eat for specials and full price and we never been disappointed, their meat is top notch quality, their burger amazing and the sides are too, even the waiters are really nice and even show me the pics of the building before as I was explaining woodstock vibes to my parents. Worth the visit ;)
First experience was the Thursday night steak special. I’ll be back on any night of the week!
Service from Wellington in the bar was friendly, efficient, and filled with excellent wine advice and obvious knowledge. Steaks were served exactly as ordered and it’s impossible to choose between the excellent selection of sides.

This restaurant with friendly staff is particularly worth visiting on a Thursday for their decent steak, sauce and glass of wine/beer special for R100!
Went there on a Saturday l before lunch. It was very quiet, but the service was great! It is very beautiful and clean, with friendly staff. There were food specials aswell. Had the jalapeno and cheese burger which included a draft for only R120, bargain! Will be back! :-)

Ordered take-out through Mr D. Seriously good ribs! Juicy and soft with a delicious BBQ sauce. Onion rings and creamed spinach are winners to. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal.
Had such a friendly waitress, Gloria. She was good with refills of drinks and the table's eats.
Beer was poured perfectly and tasted good too.
I can imagine that parking becomes a problem though when the place fills up. The restaurant is really big, but the parking area small in comparison.
A beautiful establishment, with modern finishes and open views of the beer process to see and admire. I loved this place considering I love beer though, not a surprise. We did the beer tasting and enjoyed this very much, the majority of the beers were amazing, some not so great, but overall a fantastic experience and the livers were an amazing side meal we had while drinking our beers. A must for beer lovers.
Amazing steaks, chilled vibe, good service. Safe parking off the street. Came with friends and we were all happy.

Best craft beer all over Cape Town. Love their seasonal selections, specially the Mr. brownstone. I am a huge fan of the californication, best IPA in town 😎
We decided to stop by Woodstock Grill and Tap for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed our delicious burgers and beer tasting. The burgers were flavourful and juicy! I had sweet potato fries which were amazing while my boyfriend had chips which had a nice spice on them. The service was excellent:so friendly and accommodating. Loved the chilled vibe too. I will definitely be back!
