Late delivery always! Even though store is like 15 mins walk away from my place. If it's even a little rain, they delay by an hour and they will tell you road is slippery will take 20 mins to deliver - I don't like such explanation. Long wait for walk-in! Definitely order online first for pick-up if possible. A tad understaffed and you can tell everyone is busy and working fast. Still, ring the bell if you need help, they are all friendly.

Order online for more promotions. If possible, select self take-out. Sometime there will be more surprise promo.
