Went yesterday to meet some some clients in the area for lunch. The food was absolutely amazing and decent proportions. 2 of my associates had the springbok cappacio and feedback was that it was perfectly done. The other had the steak which was sublime and I had the chicken and porcini pie. Was really yummy. The venue is perfect for an intimate affair especially a wedding with stunning views. The staff was very friendlg and helpful and service was great. I will definitely be back. Thank you again for a lovely lunch guys

Breathtaking views as you approach this stunning vineyard. The restaurant has high ceilings giving making it very open. You can purchase wine, olives and olive oil from the estate. The food was incredibly well presented and fresh. We had incredible prawns, delicious lamb and wonderful brownies to finish. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality. They weren't able to accommodate last minute dietary requirements though for groups preventing some of our group from getting a decent main course though. However food was delicious and waitresses lovely if the chef was not able to accommodate requests.
Due to the weather we sat inside so couldn't appreciate the view. The food was very tasty, my Lamb Knuckle Curry was devine and others had Asian style Ribs and the Roast Sirlion. The Pinotage and Shiraz were also very nice. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
It was an amazing experience to have a wedding here! The general atmosphere was always calm even if we freaked out. The organizers were so helpful and the venue's beauty speaks for itself!
A delightful wine estate up on the hill overlooking the Tulbagh valley. The wine tasting wad enjoyable and the wine is good. The prices were reasonable and wine we liked was on special. The restaurant looks good but we were to early for lunch. If the food is as good ad the view and ambiance then it must be good.

If I could give 10 stars - I would!
We had our wedding at Waverley hills on the 22/10/22. It was about a year in the making and Nadia was with us every step of the way. From the planning, decision making, supporting, guiding and eventually executing - Nadia was calm, level headed, excited, helpful and an absolute God-send. We planned everything together from overseas and Nadia made us feel at ease the entire time.
The venue was just breathtaking- the beautiful natural back drop of the mountains and the well maintained gardens and building itself added so much to our day.
The food and wine was exquisite. We opted for the lamb shank, salmon and veg rotolo options and everyone could not stop going on about how tasty the food was and the generous portion sizes. A special mention to our amazing chocolate cake too!!
I also want to add that the staff are just wonderful. It really felt like one big family all rooting for you and your guests on this special day and we cannot thank you enough for going the extra mile - especially with additionally hosting us the night before the wedding for a pizza eve, adding our guests favourite cocktail to your drinks menu, finding sun umbrellas after our last minute request and making all of our greek wedding traditions a reality (even if this was very unusual to the team, haha!)

Very pretty grounds and restaurant. The food is nice and I can recommend the lamb knuckle curry. Sometimes service can be slow and I wish they served tea in teapots instead of one cup.
