Great tasting food at affordable prices with probably the best River views around.
Don't expect too much in terms of service (you are on holiday after all) but can guarantee you the food and friendliness makes up for it
Outstanding family restaurant on a beautiful farm just outside Witsand. Beautiful view. Excellent and friendly service. Choice of A la Carte or Buffet meals. We choose the buffet and found it to be the best home cooked "Boerekos" you can't ask for better! Highly recommended!

River Breeze is a decent restaurant with a fine selection on the menu. We had a meal there on two occasions during our holiday in Witsand. Arrived on this working farm with a grand building hosting Marsannes Restaurant - perched on the Breede Rivers bank - overlooking the river that flows into the Witsand’s Indian Ocean. Stunning east coast hospitality from manager and both owners! The food was incredible - tasty and well-priced. This

Extraordinary and tasty dishes for the whole family! Large portions and great play area for the kids. If you think about complaining about the wait time for your food lift up your head and take in the breathtaking surroundings. What a view!

Food is tasty and generious servings, reasonable average prices. Stunning views of river and mouth and boats busy fishing.. we also saw Eagles sauring over the river. What a tranquill place. Will definately return. Barman/Waiter/Host/All Rouder called Leon is a big asset for the Restaurant.
Beautiful setting with great views up & down the river. Check their fb page for all their offerings - whether it's Sunday roast you want or just a beer at the bar.
The owner was so sweet, watched Marcato Band preform there, what a pleasure to see them live. food was amazing and the staff so nice. the view is also beautiful its something to sit and stare at for hours.
