Great food, great service and great people. What more can you want. I've been to White River a number of times but always gone to Spur as I wasn't aware of anything better. We were recommended 64 Coolmore by our hosts at the wonderful Ambience Inn, Izzy and Hannes and were very happy with the recommendation. We were welcomed by Karl and made to feel at home at once. Karl's lovely wife, Mar got and Sefiso catered to us, and everything was extremely good. I can recommend the rabbit ravioli and the wild pig pie with incredible a aruba jam. A great night out. Highly recommended.
Exquisite food and great service with a personal touch. 64 Coolmore is a real gem in White River. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
We love this place ! So unique. Carl and Megan have treated us like old friends from day one ! Do yourselves a huge favour and go there ! You'll sit amongst the avo trees and be treated like a special friend.

What can we say.... We are impressed.... My words to you (Carl) was that what you do you do effortlessly! All just seem to fall in place, you don't "try hard" to do well, you just do well "effortlessly". We will be back, thank you for effortless tasty cuisine.

A delightful elevated country kitchen experience in the lowveld. A must for a long lazy Sunday lunch. The lamb shanks and fillet steak are seriously good and this is a place you want to visit regularly.
The food was extravagant. It was absolutely stunning in the way it was presented and beyond delicious. The service and friendliness of both the owners and our waiter was excellent. They honestly make you feel like home away from home.
We went to 64 on Coolmore for our wedding anniversary last night. What an incredible experience, the menu was sophisticated and the flavour profiles were amazing. For our starters Hubby and I shared the rabbit tortellini with a walnut cream and a bushpig ravioli with clarified butter and black Parmesan. The flavour and taste was incredible. For our mains hubby had the line fish with mash and veg and I had the goat curry. All I can say is wow. Dessert was such a treat, we had lemon sorbet and chocolate parfait.
64 on Coolmore is an owner fun restaurant in White River and it’s such a breath of fresh air compared to other establishments we have been to in the Lowveld. The service is fantastic, the venue is small and intimate and the patrons that frequent there are friendly and welcoming.
If we weren’t moving back to Durban it would definitely have become our new stomping ground.
Keep up the good work and we pray that God takes you from strength to strength.
This is honestly the best restaurant in the lowveld, the owners Carl and Megan are so pleasant and professional and the atmosphere is so 1950s with incredible music playing and the food let me just tell you the food is undeniably worth giving a 5star or more review. All of our family were so satisfied with the food. We have to come back.

Had a well presented delicious meal. The shank literally fell off the bone with a lovely assortment of complimentary flavours adorning the dish. The raspberry pannacotta was superb. Great ambience and setting! Highly recommended!!

Best Sunday lunch in the Lowveld! Feels like you are dining in someones house with lots of personal touches. Whilst the menu might be small the selection was diverse and everything was done to perfection. Each meal was thoroughly enjoyed from the lamb shank to the fillet. My vegetarian son had some fabulous gnocchi and my youngest had a delicious pizza with real mozzarella and a great passata! The pannacotta was perfectly set and coffee served in the cutest antique cups you have ever seen!
