We had the privilege of celebrating our first wedding anniversary here, while on holiday in White River.
We could not have chosen a better venue. The atmosphere, friendly staff, and the quality and effort put into the meals were just amazing.
Thank you Innocent, Marcia, the cheffs, and all the other staff for making our first anniversary an unforgetable event.
Loved our dinner here. Compliments to the chef. The Carb clever burger was delicious and my husband raved about his fillet! Bit pricey, but so worth it. Nice atmosphere and a cute, friendly cat outside!!

The place as a whole is great and the food was fine. I mean I'd recommend it if you happen to be in white river but didn't have anything about it that stood out for me. Ah.

What a little Gem hidden in White River near the Baghdad center. Magnolia has old world charm, tasty meals, and delicious cocktails. The atmosphere is everything you would want for a romantic night out. The manager and waitress were very accommodating, polite and friendly and we dident feel rushed to get in and get out. The service is what you would expect from a 5 star restaurant. Try the 3 hour slow roasted lamp shank in a rich gravy served with mash, roasted carrots and caramelized onions and The chicken espetada with shoestring fries and lime dressing, we also had a well made Pina Colada and a very boozy Cosmopolitan. Dessert looked delicious but the main meals were so filling. Ask about the specials, Magnolia is definitely well known for their seafood selection and they have a full spread of sushi on offer. I don't recommend this as a place to take children and would say the few children that were there slightly ruined it for the adults trying to have a lovely evening. Will definitely be back soon.
We had a wonderful evening at this lovely restaurant. It was fully booked, and still Vuzi our waiter was fantastic. He made our evening even more special. The "no carb" burger was simply just out of this world... a must eat!!

Magnolia restaurant is our go-to restaurant. It is very rare where you get a restaurant with good service, friendly staff, a perfect atmosphere and great food. It's truly like finding and catching a unicorn. If, at times, we feel like visiting another restaurant, we just end up being unsatisfied and regretting it at the end. Magnolia set-up is authentic and cozy. The food is fresh and excellent. Innocent and Lauren were adorable and really caring.

The food is amazing. Especially the Beef Fillet Carpaccio. The waiters know how to serve you with style and they are very friendly. The Maitre d’ is all over, keeping the waiters on their toes, he is doing a very good job.

Great vibe and good food. I cannot give 5 stars, because my TBone was a little overdone, yet still Delish! We will definitely be going back.
Love this place. Spacey but cosy too, well sheltered from the heat, with fantastic misters when it’s really hot. Food is always spot on, and salads in particular are loaded with proteins. Ordered a takeaway and they happily helped carry it to my car rather than let me make two trips. Also has free WiFi, a bit on the slow side but it works.
