Lucia's service exceptional, the environment is so calming and chilled, the food was amazing, so creative and fresh. All the waitresses are so friendly and lovely most especially Lucia who kept making sure I was still okay. Highly recommend, this is one of the best wimpy franchises I've been to.

I had a wonderful experience, was helped by the waitress named Lucia. A very friendly and helpful waitresses with a very good and fast service, food was hot came in time drinks also came in time.... I'm definitely going back and would love to be assisted by no one else but Lucia

Pathetic service!!! I have been waiting outside since 7.15am. Only for them to open after 7.30 and I still had to wait while they set up tables. Spoke to 3 different people only to be snapped and told they were still setting up and if that wasn't bad enough, I still had to wait while they served people who walked in , while I've been waiting for 10 mins! Pathetic service. Wimpy has just lost a good customer !!!

Not impressed at all. Was rather disappointed with the service this time.
