Review Simply Asia Pavilion - Westville

I ordered the 514 just before your store closed last night. Even though the staff member was tired he was friendly and polite. The food was awesome. Superb experience 👌

I love the menu. They cater for vegans, vegetarians and meat lovers. I ordered a take away and my order was neatly and securely packaged to avoid any spills. Tasty food🤤

Food is nice and it was quick and easy to place an order, for someone who normally buys from the Chinese store. Menu is different but easy to navigate.

Food was excellent. Portions were very good. Definitely will be back

I am huge fan of Asian cuisine!!! And simply Asia can do no wrong by that. So I recently visited the Pavilion - Simply Asia branch, and like they always do, they did not disappoint. My favourites are 514 & 614 (in chicken extra hot) and it was "Simply"(pun unintended) amazing. The staff are ever so friendly, with their warm greetings and smiles. The food does take a little while prepare, however it is worth the wait because it is prepared fresh and it the best Asian food that I have eaten thus far in the KZN region. Keep it up Simply Asia - Pavilion. A definite 5/5 Stars for me!

Simply Asia service is slower than a snail on Valium.. Seriously, do you guys understand the concept behind fast food? It's in the food court for crying out loud. How many times is one expected to keep returning to check if one's order is ready? Besides this Simply Asia is overpriced, the portions are too small for the price and the food is bleh.<br/>Three strikes and slow service means goodbye.

Very poor service. Takes far to long. I will never buy from them again . Good food does take long but over 40 min. Even slow restaurant do better. Just lost a customer. Never again

My chicken schnitzel was a bit soggy but still edible. The noodles were fabulous though. As at many other restaurants, Simply Asia offers various heat levels to customise your noodle experience to your personal taste. I'm a real weakling yet I found Medium quite mild. If you're looking for a zing, I suggest you try a higher level of spice. There's also some cool drinks that are difficult to find anywhere else like Dr Pepper, Coke Vanilla and Cherry, and also Fanta fruit punch.

One of my best thai places to go to for noodles. Food is fresh, and packed with flavour. Although be warned that the spice level can be extreme, hence I always choose the medium option. My favourite option is number 614-seafood phuket noodles. Service is relatively quick, however I do get disappointed when they run out of noodles. It's more of a take way style place as seating is minimal.

Simply Asia is simply disgusting, from the service to the food, after waiting 45 minutes (being tild to come back in 15 minutes) my food was literally half completed. I ordered dim sum and got 3 horrible small pieces with noodle around it and one small prawn nugget that clearly suggested that the food was defrosted. The chicken roti was suppose to come with butternut moose, my roti ended up dry and unedible, my fiance had ordered his burger king meal 5 minutes before me and ended up eating alone as my food at SIMPLY ASIA took 45 minutes. I AM DISGUSTED, ESPESIALLY AFTER YOU CHARGED ME R129 FOR THIS RUBBISH. I am highly irritated and disgusted. <br/>

My favorite Asian restaurant:) The starters and mains are amazing. I've eaten here many times and never been disappointed. The prawn spring rolls and chicken pad Thai noodles are my usual. Love the fried cashews in the noodles. The food is always freshly made and the service is efficient. Wish there was a Halaal 1 in Jhb. Definitely a must try!

Recently ate at Simply Asia Pavilion and really enjoyed the food. Bonus for it being halal. Ordered the 514 and always enjoy the combination of flavours. Also they have recently added a selection of kiddies foods. My daughter enjoyed the noodles with chicken and cucumber strips. Will definitely be trying it again.

A bit pricey, and a bit of a wait however the chicken noodles with the cashew nuts is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! A good thai takeaway...service wasn't to great cashier is lazy!

The is really good food. The service was pathetic and food came out after 45 minutes (they were not so busy at the time). The prices are really costly too. But overall I think the food was worth the wait.

The newly Halaal simply Asia in Pavilion mall has taken off and become quite the hit. Quite busy on weekends ,the wait can be excruciating but definitely worth it for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine. I definitely recommend the 514 and yes while the menu Is quite pricey , you will be back for more regardless.
