This is the best Jimmy's in Durban. Well maintained and clean restaurant. Food was amazing. Service was excellent. The Gateway store needs to do a lot of work to be on the same level as the Westwood store. Thank you to the manager and staff for the wonderful experience.

Always my go to restaurant when craving for good seafood that’s full of flavour. Their flavours are very bold and always great. food portions are generous and their mocktails are to die for. Go Jimmys! However, even though I’m all for giving tips but I don’t like being forced to tip a waitress/ waiter. A tip should be an amount you give out based on the service provided. But recently Jimmys includes a 10% tip on your bill which is ridiculous because some waiters/ waitresses are lazy, have a stinky attitude and therefore don’t deserve even a cent! I really think this is a bad business move and the manager should revise it. I know a restaurant that went down due to this very reason! They have competition already opposite them where people are not forced to pay a gratuity

Enjoyed Every Minute of Our Time At Jimmys Westwood as We Celebrated My Daughters 17th Bday With One Of Thier Catering Packages. Set Up Was Excellent, Atmosphere Was Awesome, Food Was Divine, Service Was Welcoming, Friendly And Sharp. Definitely Will Be Celebrating Another Birthday at Jimmys Westwood!

Been to Jimmy's Westwood mall. That's always my go to place when I'm in the mall. Before I get to the food...I must say the owner herself as well as her kids are absolutely amazing people. So down to earth and friendly, always with a smile. Just makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. The food itself is just wow. The portion size for 1 can feed 2 adults. Always done to perfection and great presentation. The staff are quick and efficient and friendly as well. Very helpful indeed. Very very pleased with Jimmy's killer prawns Westwood. Well done

I had a wonderful time celebrating a friends birthday. It was our first time but very enjoyable. The food was delicious and so much. Staff was very helpful and informative. I was so full, I couldn't order dessert. A wonderful surprise was all the staff coming to sing for her.
