i don't know if this falls under service or what but we stood for about 20 minutes without waiter until Reitumetse noticed that we have not been attended and she apologised and served us very well...an excellent waiter who kept asking if we okay and apologised again for not being attended on time.

Staff efficient, helpful and very friendly. Only problem is the noise level music too loud and patrons competing with the music to make themselves heard. But all in all, good experience

Always busy, but your food do come quick enough for a fast food restaurant. Food choices are enough to satisfy any hunger need. Great coffee and shakes available. As well as smoothies. Nice place to have a quick bite.
