This is literally the village's own bakery, exactly what the people want and she is afraid to experiment every now and then. Pretty much everything here has the home made taste and that's how it should be in my opinion. The village bakery is an absolute must if you are visiting Wakkerstroom.
If you ever get to this beautiful place, go here every morning to get your breakfast, your bread, the best coffee in town or just a friendly good morning... you will always have a smile lasting for the whole day!
Oh! ...and they also serve lunch... Go figure!

We ate here daily. The food is excellent, the service and attention friendly and it is basically a gem. A highlight for me was the awesome coffee they sell and serve.
Under new ownership, this is a delightful venue to pop in for coffee and cake or a light meal.
Lots of delicious goodies on offer to take home with you and a gift shop to browse. Definitely worth a visit.
