Beyond seemingly able to guess what customers would want, he delivers the perfect balance as an attentive but not intrusive waiter.
The experience in the restaurant was and the food portions were well-prepared and generous.
There are a few sit-down restaurants in the same area and this Spur by far had the most customers which speaks to its popularity and perhaps teaches the other places some lessons.
We had an amazing dinner at Spur! The waiter (Ronald) was very friendly and went out of his way to make sure everything is going perfect throughout the evening. We celebrated a birthday and we were treated very special. All the staff was friendly and helpful and checked on us regularly. Thank you for making your customers a priority and keep up the great service! It is really appreciated. πππ

Great venue and breakfast. Staff fully attentive . Just skip the margerine for a healthier less oily meal
As far as Spur's go this one is top notch. The staff was friendly and kind. The food quality was truly exceptional to be honest had the loviest piece of hake, fresh as can be. My girlfriend only had good words about the chicken. The area is clean and well attended to. The kids have a play area and the location is great. Was truly satisfied and would not hesitate to visit again.

This Spur has a great play area, inside and outside. The area inside is more suited for smaller kids with padded bars and soft edges, while the play area outside features bigger slides and jungle-gym.
Plenty tables around the play area so parents can keep an eye while kids enjoy themselves.
Our waiter went the extra mile in taking our details to access our Spur Card digitally in order to get discount, much appreciated.
The lamb chops would have been excellent, if it wasn't for the 'chemical' aftertaste, probably caused by the meat being grilled by gas-flame
Vriendly staff, Vincent the manager on duty was delightful and super friendly towards all customers assisting the elderly customers with a smile and generous support.

If I could rate this Spur 10 stars then I would. I am a big fan of Spur, always have been and customer service plays a big role in how I will enjoy my experience. I visited this Spur for Breakfast Sunday morning, 7 May 2023. The customer service at this specific Spur is honestly 10/10. We got our food within 10 mins which is unusually quicker than all Spurs I've been to. And after eating, our table was clean within seconds. The staff really knows how to work as a team. I'm just sad that our waiter didn't introduce herself like other waiters do so I could remember her name, but nevertheless she did a great job either way. Big ups to your branch!!!!!
Service was great. Food little too oily but over all good.
The service is absolutely amazing, when they get too busy they have a very fun distraction dance they do to keep ur mind off the fact that it's taking a bit long. The food is a bit oily at times but I'll over look it for the service
