They must get a proper microphone at the drive thru. Or someone that can speak clearly when taking your order. You can hardly hear what the person say.
The tablet in the store is easy to use and it sends the receipt to your phone

Im one of Kfc biggest suporters and customer. This is the first time i buy from this store and have to say was nit happy. The quality if the food tasted old the chips tated like it was 2 days old and rewarmed the pops was also not fresh.
