Thank you for the great service Pollen and Sarah were excellent. Thank you for accommodating my food substitution. You both are the best. The Food was absolutely amazing.

What a lovely branch! Food and beverages were so delicious. The service from the staff was also exceptional, from start to finish. Our Waitron, Mamo, was incredible with giving suggestions on the menu and possible add-on options for our meal. The manager Sarah was also very friendly and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our experience.

Mamo gave us excellent service and the food was great as usual!

Waitress Maria, was friendly and service was speedy. The chicken strips was abit dry. Atmosphere is nice and quiet,except for the flies.. Otherwise excellent service!!!

Very lovely service, the manager Sarah was very polite and welcoming, together with Mamo, the lady that helped us Food was excellent, menu is always enticing and captivating with new dishes introduced from time to time.

My favorite place to dine and all the waitresses and waiters are exceptional. Their menu is now offering varieties..Today I was assisted by Maria (great service) However, there's something I don't understand 🤔, there's a lady by the name of Marjon, she seems to be helping certain people, not sure if they are regulars or have a VIP status. Disclaimer..this is not a racial comment, but I have observed that she only greet and serve people of color...regardless of who arrived first. On the other hand a white guy by the name of David is the BEST..he will greet and serve u as if you are the only customer. All that is said..thank you Mug &Bean for an improved menu💯❤️

Palesa is the best waitress and was always on time with the check ins. Ans she has the best attitude. Big up to her manager Sarah for also checking on me every now and then.

Rue was a great waitress. She was friendly and she listened attentively to what we wanted and the food was so delicious and tasty. Sarah, the manager, was also friendly and spoke nicely.

Dimakatso was ready to help me the moment I stepped into the door. She kew the menu item from the top of her head and made sure she got my order right. I could quickly get a takeaway and pay without any hassles. She gave me the free wifi pin and patient with me. It's always nice to have friendly service after a long week. I always like to come here. Great food. Great service. Thanks! :)

I had a very lovely time. I came in to work on my laptop and was seated in a very comfortable booth with a plug point. I'm very happy with my waitress Palesa for helping us and give us great serves. The Mangaer Rayno was so kind and professional. The food was exquisite and well perpaid, everything was fresh. Overall a wonderful experience.

The service was amazing.Sarah who is the manager was kind and well-mannered she also engaged with us and was smiling.Manini who was our waiter was kind,attentive and helpful.
