I love the service there. I had ordered ahead via phone only to get there to be told my order was put through to the wrong restaurant. They didn't make a fuss about it and quickly prepared my food.

I haven't been this happy with customer service in a long time. I was helped by a lady named Lisa. And she made me feel so warm and welcome. These days at fast food restaurants the service is terrible but I was very relieved to experience such a helpful and friendly person

Finally Steers has got it right, for years I did not buy Ice Cream from them because it always had a yellowish color to it(and this was at every Steers I bought at), so I stopped buying Ice Cream from them , on Saturday I bought Ice cream at Steers because the Wimpy at the mall had no power and my daughter insisted on having Ice Cream.. The Ice Cream was smooth and white. I even got a cup for myself.
