Went there for the first time in years. Enjoyed the Lamb Masala so much. Thank you for recommending it. The food was awesome.

My favourite Indian restaurant ever! The food never disappoints. The flavours are always rich and robust. The service is warm and friendly. The venue is lobbing enough to host a big group and intimate settings. The food is amazing. Wide variety of vegetarians and vegans too. Rating 4 stars because it is quite pricey with some dishes being R100+

Great place to have indian cuisine to full. Serviceis good as well. I ordered Indian cuisine regularly and it meets my expectations mostly.

Chicken Korma with garlic naan bread was delicious, albeit a little too sugary. Yum!

I really enjoy the food from Pukka. Every single time I have visited or ordered food from Pukka it has exceeded my expectations, this is coming from a guy who is originally from Durban and knows good Indian food. I was surprised how spicy the "hot" flavor of curries are, made my nose leak a bit. I, was however not impressed with the bombay crush, tried it on two occasions - it tasted more like strawberry yogurt than rose syrup. I have had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and his wife and both are very friendly individuals. The food is slightly pricey so its more of a once in a month take out meal, but the points reward program on the app offsets this to some extent. The restaurant is neat and clean, kind of dark but I guess that's the vibe they wanted to go for. In terms of service, food does take a little long to be served but I presume this is because every dish is freshly prepared. Staff could do with a little training in terms of waitering and customer service (like answering the phones faster, introducing themselves to patrons and asking if anything else is needed etc.) but it isn't a major concern. Based solely on the food I've eaten I would recommend this restaurant.

Always good quality, flavourful, feel good food served by friendly staff. The Pukka App is user friendly and the delivery time quick. Takeaways are always warm and packed nicely in boxes. Very good value for money.

Quick visit and had some takeaways. First time having their food and it was absolutely amazing!!! Will definitely order here again if ever in the area.

We had a really great time. The food is amazing, the service was good and although the place is known to take a while with your food (it is freshly prepared) it didn't take too long. Really cannot wait to go back and try more stuff on their menu.

We make a point of coming to Pukka every time we visit from the Western Cape. Their curry is amazing and I really don't like hot food. I don't even eat sweet chilli sause, but they have a curry that is not hot at all. That and a naan bread.. devine!

Although the Pukka Indian restaurant is a little out of the public eye, it is still in a very important business section in the south of Vanderbijlpark. It is a very quiet restaurant most of the time with a pleasant ambience. The food is excellent and well priced. The right place to visit if you want to be away from the bustle and want to enjoy a quiet meal.
