Review Panarottis Vaal Mall - Vanderbijlpark

The service was a bit slow but our waiter was amazing. Food was was delicious I always add a side of fries cause they is so crispy it’s an affordable place. I would rate it 9/10

I can not fault the food, it was tasty and well prepared. What was extremely disappointing was the group of waiters having chats right by our table. They are so focused on getting walk-ins that the forget to give service to the clients sitting already. And management must not allow cellphones for the waiters while serving.

Very enjoyable atmosphere. Outgoing waiters, hard working, and most of all, food is of excellent quality! Thank you Panarottis fam! We love you!

Nice place to have dinner before you movie. The pizzas are really good and the breakfast pizzas are also worth a try. There is a great atmosphere and decor, and a large play are for the kids with an attendant to check on them. They are very busy sometimes and it might be worth your while to resever a table on a Friday or Saturday evening. Also leave enough time during busy times as service will be a little slow.

Service 100%, atmosphere 100%, waffle with ice cream 100%. But, I was shocked and uncomfortable finding a man in the same washroom with me. I honestly don't allow my kids to use Panarottis Vaal Mall washroom at all. You guys need to come up with another washroom completely separate from ladies washroom.

The place is a bit noisy due to being inside a Mall, but comfortable. Friendly stuff and clean environment. Food service is a bit slow on busy days. Their wings are delicious. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with just the right amount of hot on the sauce. 9/10.

Panarottis' have awesome staff. Thank you for superb food, excellent service and always ready with a smile. They were super busy and I expected the wait to be long, however I was suprised by how fast the service was.

Good place for weekend breakfast for the family

Ek en my vrou besluit vanaand ons toets pannoritti's uit. wat n teleurstelling. Slakke as voorgereg nie smaaklik nie. Ek bestel vir n hoofgereg iets wat ek in afr ken as n steakroll. Groot was my teleurstelling dat dt n uitgedroogte stuk bun is met mushrooms n sous en 4 stukkies steak. die bestuurder reken my hulle maf net 50 g steak op dt sit as ek meer steak op wil he is dt R25 ekstra. Die roll was klaar R66 so dan sou dt my vir 100g steak R86 gekos het. Nee wat julle sien my nooot weer nie en ek sal sover ek gaan verkondig van die swak gehalte kos

On Good-Friday my family and I decided to come there for lunch.....unfortunately my 6 months-old finished his food and the stores were closed already when got to the see if as it was a holiday.... I asked the waiter if you guys have mash potatoes unfortunately it's not part of your menu BUT he asked me not to worry my son will get his mash.....he went out of his way to get them for my little boy.....though he went to get them from Spur....I just to say: Thank you for a great service and going the extra mile for my son..... I'm just saddened by the fact that I didn't check the waiter's name....but thank you Vaal Mall Panarotis...keep up the great service!!!

Well done on excellent service and food went for the Tuesday special and I was very impressed it was all amazing. Thank u Panarottis u guys definitely make it worth it to drive the distance, keep it up

The service we had from our waiter Peter was great & for a fact that he addressed us in different languages as we were in our different races in one table & he has a huge sense of humour I like his boldness, but I was not impressed by the time we had to wait for our pizza. Overall it was a great experience.

We were at panarottis for a good couple of hours and you were on top form ensuring that we were looked after the entire time and always with a smile.... great Job♡♡♡ We will definitely be asking for you on our next visit there!! ��your service was impeccable �����

Pathetic service. Our waiter does not even come to our table at all. We ordered food and wait.. and wait.. and wait.. Next time I will rather go to spur at least they know what service is all about.

Had a good time :). The wait time was a bit long but it was a very busy day so there are no complaints. The lasagna I had was amazing ! Our waiter was very very friendly. Would definitely go again.

It is unfortunate to post this. Previous visits to Panarottis were excellent. However, today we are sitting on the out skirts and have already waited 20 minutes to be served with the special on Thursday's. It is not making it worth the wait. Sorry Panarotti's.
