The service was a bit slow but our waiter was amazing. Food was was delicious I always add a side of fries cause they is so crispy it’s an affordable place.
I would rate it 9/10
I can not fault the food, it was tasty and well prepared.
What was extremely disappointing was the group of waiters having chats right by our table.
They are so focused on getting walk-ins that the forget to give service to the clients sitting already.

Nice place to have dinner before you movie. The pizzas are really good and the breakfast pizzas are also worth a try.
There is a great atmosphere and decor, and a large play are for the kids with an attendant to check on them.
They are very busy sometimes and it might be worth your while to reseve
Service 100%, atmosphere 100%, waffle with ice cream 100%. But, I was shocked and uncomfortable finding a man in the same washroom with me. I honestly don't allow my kids to use Panarottis Vaal Mall washroom at all. You guys need to come up with another washroom completely separate from ladies wash

The place is a bit noisy due to being inside a Mall, but comfortable. Friendly stuff and clean environment.
Food service is a bit slow on busy days. Their wings are delicious. Crispy on the outside and juicy inside, with just the right amount of hot on the sauce. 9/10.

Panarottis' have awesome staff. Thank you for superb food, excellent service and always ready with a smile. They were super busy and I expected the wait to be long, however I was suprised by how fast the service was.
