Review Starbucks - Umhlanga

I recently visited the Starbucks location at the Gateway Theater of Shopping and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my preferences. The atmosphere inside the Starbucks was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and a warm ambiance. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the space. One thing that stood out to me was the convenience of the Starbucks location at the Gateway Theater of Shopping. After finishing my drink, I was able to continue shopping with ease, knowing that I could easily return to Starbucks for a quick pick-me-up at any time. Overall, I highly recommend the Starbucks location at the Gateway Theater of Shopping. The exceptional service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious drinks make it the perfect spot for a quick break during a busy shopping trip.

An early morning stop here for a large cappuccino sit down. Still very quiet at this time of the morning. Friendly greeting from the staff. Relaxing jazz soul music playing in the background. Tables clean & furniture tidy. Just enjoy the quiet moment here as you sip on your coffee & watch people down below walking in & out of the mall.

Has good presence in the mall. Views overlooking the main food atrium, near the elavators and escalators, just down from the movies and very adequate seating on 2 levels inside the store. Good selection of quick meals, drinks, snacks and bakery items. Usually will have a queue but they move fairly decently. Touring the mall with your cuppa or seating in and relaxing, its a good space for it. ☕👍🍰

Very nice seating area. It is located in a very busy mall. It was nice to have a quiet area to escape the crowds.

So I went to have a coffee and a toasted sandwich with my wife and daughter on Sunday. My daughter knocked over my coffee and when I went to order a new 1 not only did the lady at the the till remember my name but they didn't charge for the replacement coffee. Very impressed

Such a stunning little place, neat and tidy. The atmosphere was great. The staff were super friendly and speedy.

First time ever having star bucks. Treated myself for my 25th and what a treat it was, filled with laughs and jokes everyone was really fun to be around. The shop is beautiful as well overlooks the new jungle gym at Gateway. I loved every minute of being in the store and the chocolate cuppa thingy was great as well.😍 But ofcourse though, it's Starbucks everyone knows that.😉

I think the coffee is exceptional, exactly as anticipated with Starbucks. However you need to have patience as you will need to wait in line to get self served. Great ambiance for quick business meetings or email catch up with laptop charge stations.

Stunning views and great coffee. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the long queue and wait. They should maybe invest in more staff and another coffee machine. Great views whilst sitting and enjoying coffee.

Loved loved love the store and the great customer service with quality coffee. They always make you feel welcome and great vibes

The shop is very nice and the staff are really friendly. Got the Ventilation Cappuccino today and it was great much better than the one I got yesterday.

Shoutout to Starbucks Gateway team. I forgot my laptop charger last week Friday, and I found it today. Thanks to the team, Spha, Stix, and everyone. I will continue to support you guys. Thank you so much. God bless I am forever grateful.
