I recently visited the Starbucks location at the Gateway Theater of Shopping and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my preferences.

Very nice seating area. It is located in a very busy mall. It was nice to have a quiet area to escape the crowds.
So I went to have a coffee and a toasted sandwich with my wife and daughter on Sunday. My daughter knocked over my coffee and when I went to order a new 1 not only did the lady at the the till remember my name but they didn't charge for the replacement coffee. Very impressed

I think the coffee is exceptional, exactly as anticipated with Starbucks. However you need to have patience as you will need to wait in line to get self served. Great ambiance for quick business meetings or email catch up with laptop charge stations.

Stunning views and great coffee. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the long queue and wait. They should maybe invest in more staff and another coffee machine. Great views whilst sitting and enjoying coffee.

The shop is very nice and the staff are really friendly. Got the Ventilation Cappuccino today and it was great much better than the one I got yesterday.
