Service is a bit slow our food was ready and waiter was busy serving other tables

Visited yesterday for a late lunch. Food was great. My steak was deliciously tend and was famished so I happily scuffed it down no time. My hubby enjoyed his burger special. Service was a little slow due to being busy and having a huge birthday party crowd so I won't say too much about that. However the overall experience was good. Our meals took no time at all and for being busy that was pretty impressive.

Visited Pocatello Spur this past Sunday. Be prepared to wait in line for seating as it tends to be extremely busy. Service is not the best when it's busy. However the food was so delicious and definitely worth the wait. I ordered the unreal breakfast with a Latte. One of the best branches with their breakfasts.

I really enjoyed my birthday dinner. Staff sang for me and brought me a free ice cream. The environment was relaxed, not too busy. Service was good, we didn't wait long for our meal. Thank you very much!

More spacious than your typical Spur, which is ideal in the current COVID environment. The food was good - not great. Same applies for the service. Would go here again.

Extremely fast service received. The waiters and managers were really friendly. Food was good...no complaints. Lovely spacious setting, on the entrance of the food court.

I love the improvement in quality of steaks here. They do the best Nacho starter. I am however not crazy about the oversized Buffalo wings, I could not eat them, so please go back to whatever supplier u had before, these just looked like injected chicken wings. 🫣

Fantastic service from the waitress over a busy Father's Day weekend. Lucky we didn't have to wait for a table for 3. Food was fast enough & tasty. Would love to see pouched eggs on the menu. Friendly staff at the children's play area.

The food preparation and service was good. The steak was done to what I wanted and the onion rings were also delicious as always

An enjoyable experience. The service was good. The chicken avocado and bacon salad was amazing. The burger was good. Chocnut Sundae was great and the waffle was good. All in all, a good time out.

The service was a bit slow but the stuff is extremely pleasant and food tasty.

It was very busy but the manager Dee and our waitress Theboko were so patient and helpful.. Will definitely visit the store again

Service was friendly however drinks came mid meal when they were supposed to arrive before your meal, a bit delayed. Food was good.

POCATELLO SPUR - Cornubia....Definitely a 5 star family restaurant. Thank you all, for your hard work ... from manager to all staff, you guys were absolutely amazing, Thank you for making my princess feel like a real princess on her 2nd birthday. Food, customer service, venue, play area, party area were all outstanding.

We descended on this brand new Spur with 7 adults and 7 kids. The staff was excellent and coordinated the entire table's food to arrive at the same time, which could not have been easy! The jalapeño poppers, nachos, burgers and surf & turf were all phenomenal - and the entire experience a pleasure for the parents with the kids engrossed at the playground!

Awesome place. Been around to many Spur ranches. This is the best Spur ever. Excellent service from the staff and manager. Food was good. The atmosphere and entertainment gears the patrons into a celebration vibe.

Service was bad and what was in the menu and what they served us totally different. It was my daughters birthday and the meal suppose to come with mushroom sauce but it didn't. After she almost finished the meal we noticed and then they brought it. I was so thirsty for water it took so long for me to get service.
