Greats staff and service. The Panarotti Special is the best pizza on the menu and their ingredients so nice and fresh. Highly recommend!

Ordered on 18th november and was given exactly what was ordered and just to say thank you coz the pizzas were scrumptoius so big up to the guy who served and made them.

Probably the friendliest staff in town! Pizza always tastes good, even got a free 2L Coke with my last purchase! 👌🏿

I had a complaint, I was contacted and given a complimentary pizza. It was made the way a pizza should be made. Very impressed.

Visited Panarottis yesterday for the very 1st time with my employer etc. Attended Despatch Arts Festival...What a lovely experience. Friendly staff, quick service, lovely chats, good food etc. I will most certainly go there again when in the area, simply to see the friendly staff again. Please do not make any changes to your current staff. The kitchen staff is extremely good!

After how many times I said okay let's give them another try, I really had it with this Panarottis. 3 Years ago the place was WOW but hey a new broom sweeps better than an old one. In the beginning everyone knew me, now everyone don't wants to know me as im complaining to much as per them probably. But will you not complain as well if you get your food without a cutlery set? Or order a take away pizza with no chicken...yes these things happens. But here I go after gym on the 29/11/2017 to have a nice breakfast. So disappointed that I gave them another try, on my arrival they bring me a knife that is so bended, and when I turned the knife around 'rust' not sure if I would 'off taste food or rust if I didn't pick this up. Manageress 'so jammer ek gaan dit nou weg gooi' before it reached my table it was suppose to be clean....first impression. Then while waiting for my food the person that makes the food(most probably under pressure) as he is alone and there is about 25 people in the restaurant started shouting at the other staff so bad that the restaurant came to a stand still, and no this is not because the electricity went off even though it did, because he was shouting so loud people started talking(Afrikaans Despatch mense) to the rest room, wow a sanitary bin in the men's toilet...huh(for what) probably not for a 'doekie' here I wash my hands to see that the woman sign on the door is busy falling off hanging on one strip of double sided tape. The wipe all stand, so dirty yet the restroom is suppose to be clean. The electrical blower is not been working since I cant remember when. anyway here I walk, eat the food that I ordered and see this huge chunk out, of the seating in the restaurant. From bad to worst experience I had so far in this place. is this really a place where I would like to take my daughter out, to get a shout show while playing and dirty as hell. Nah I don't think so. Hey out of the 10 times that we've been there probably 3 times were okay the rest I cant say much. Now wonder places in this small town is not making it, as for bad service and don't care attitude. Don't hate me for this review rather use it and try and fix that is wrong in that establishment. From on job training to maintenance, to hygiene. PS: A waiter serving many people, picking up many plates, glasses, dirty tissues, and yet she picked up my toast with her hands. What the hell, I really believe a establishment like this has a bread tong. So really hope this information is not to harsh but anyone will feel the same if they need to get this kind of service and see the surrounding they eat in.

Was terrible we recently visited took the little one for pizza and waffle pizza was terrible dried up was like eating crackerbread and after that we waited 45 minutes for kiddies waffle!!! They won't see me again!

The Sunday lunch is more than great. To much food to eat and desert. You must try that one. Staff very friendly.

Ons is baie revrede met jul diens. Al is dit net vir 'n koeldrank. Dit klink of mens swak diens en swak kliënte kry volgens sommige mense se "rating". Wonder net watter een kom eerste.

Panarotis het die heerlikste pizzas. En hulle ontbyt smaak ook vorentoe. Sal enige tyd weer daar eet en bestel gereeld pizzas.

I went there yesterday for the first time.The service from the waitress was excellent.She was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all our questions to do with your menu.The food was excellent and we did not have to wait long for our meal.We will definitely be visiting them shortly again.Very satisfied customers.

Mense baie vriendelik en behulpsaam,het heerlik daar gekuier,diens uitstekend!!
