The person serving me was hostile, angry, she didn't hate me just looked like she didn't love the idea of serving me either
We ordered for collection from the call centre, so nothing really to say about the atmosphere but as usual, Nandos overcharge and under deliver.
Clean premises and lovely staff. Now that they have Mr D I can order in the goodness of their food from home.

Since the beginning of the pandemic we haven't had any takeout, and last decided to try the kerb side collection at Nandos. Boy Oh Boy.... That was worth the wait, I have never had a good experience at this branch but my meal last night knocked it out the park. The chicken was a satisfying portion more than any other time I ate at a nandos, the meal was tasty 😁 I dealt with a lady Zinhle that was so polite and efficient which was so refreshing for once💯😊
I think the lockdown really helped overworked staff with humbleness and passion now because there is a definite change in the total customer experience. Thank you💐
