It’s a good neat setup. Lovely waiters. Took a bit longer than normal to get food out. The complementary platter of sauce, garlic and chilli which they give has only one teaspoon of each. They want you to order a third one as they want to charge you for it. Overall a great experience. Just smaller portions of everything. But loved it still. Great place to eat. Don’t miss it.
After going through the menu, we asked if there was something new or on the market, and Aimee did a great job kn advertising a tripe fish and we were sold :) and she advertised, it was the best and it's quite big, we didn't even need a side dish. One of the managers also came ro check on us and asked uf she could take a photo of our meal, thank you all for your great service and big up!
Our waiter and staff were super friendly, great atmosphere and scenery. One let down that stopped me from rating them 5 stars was the rolls not being fresh, neither warmed which made it abit difficult to eat. The food was good too and the cappuccino was so great it made up for the rolls!

Our waiter was Bradwyn. He was prompt, smart, caring, and knowledgable about the food. And he just had this friendly demeanor about him that made us all happy. We really enjoyed the afternoon dining at this restaurant. I would highly recommend this restaurant to others. Amazing food and vibes from the staff.
My son nags us to go eat at Ocean Basket every now & then, mainly so that he can have his favourite fried calamari heads. Most of the branches have left me unimpressed, but the Ocean Basket in Blue Route Mall is one of the best I've experienced. It was our first time there today and we ordered our usual platter with hake, calamari, prawns and mussels. Service was fast, friendly and all the seafood was fresh. Just have to note that we were there at 3pm so it wasn't busy at all. I don't know if I'd have the same experience if we were there during peak hours. But with that being said, I think this is a branch I'd keep coming back to.
My Partner and I visit atleast twice a month . They already know what we order . We feel like Royalty . The best experience I've compared to all the other Branches I've visited. WE WILL ALWAYS GO BACK!
Never have I ever been to such a well managed establishment. The managers on duty make you feel welcome and the service that we received from not one but 3 waiters just to make sure everything was running smoothly. Friendly service Ambassador, Trinity, welcomed us at door and assisted us with all our questions, she really knew her stuff and convinced us to join them for lunch.
Double bonus, she were also our service Ambassador and gave us great welcoming, attention to detail and a hawk eye on our table from a distance, she knew when to interact and didn't make anuisince of her.
