Just wanted to give kudos to management for thinking of their staffs safety during this uncertain time (taxi strike). Not many companies have that empathy. I’ve been with the gym for 2-3 weeks and it’s clean and friendly place - equipment is all working with nothing broken. Fantastic staff aswell

Quick and easy sign up process. Staff are friendly and are always there to help where they can. Only downfall is the gym is a bit small so some machines are usually occupied however you never need to wait that long to use a machine. If you only doing cardio machines won't be an issue for you since there are plenty treadmills, bicycles etc.

Clean, neat and friendly staff (A few practical tips 1. please just use the customers personal name once their card is swiped when greeting them on entrance- it makes for a small yet personal experience 2. Would also be nice to see more staff from time to time upstairs than downstairs assisting members and to see who perhaps requires assistance...Other than that equipment and machinery kept in good nick (please sort out the two rowing machines - the bearings are worn out and is scraping the running plate bar). Keep up the good team work !

I absolutely love ❤ Virgin Active at Table Bay Mall. The Reception staff are friendly, the Table mountain-facing pool is always sparkling clean, as are the change rooms, steam room and workout areas. Bravo Virgin Active! You guys rock!🏆 #getstrong #staystrong 🏊‍♂️ #100laps

Not as much weight machines as other gyms but plenty of everything else. Floor layout is also really nice. Bathrooms are super clean and always tidy. They also have GHD hair blowers and straighteners and a steam room. There is also showers and a few private changing rooms. My favourite part about table bay gym is the staff are honestly the most amazing and helpful here especially front desk. Also side not as this is not marketed at all anymore. YOU ARE ABLE TO CANCEL YOU CONTRACT.

Our visit was great. Steam room was amazing. Rush the sales consultant is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Signing up here was so easy to do. The staff are courteous and professional. There is no lack of excellence or weird vibes that you so often get at random gyms. There is order and it makes it so awesome to go there and just focus and unwind in a lovely environment. The bathrooms are always clean etc too. Thanks guys 😊🥇

The spinning classes are tough but so rewarding 10/10! Great & friendly gym.

Spotlessly clean, modern and high-tech. I only go there for the pool and it's just spectacular. Beautifully maintained. My only complaint is that the tiles around the pool are exceptionally slippery when wet. It seems like a dangerous injury just waiting to happen to someone.

A bit small and no sauna unfortunately but otherwise great gym.

Friendly staff at the gym, however needs to work on bettering management and client communication.

Awsome gym with friendly staff. Only downside is the younger crowd sitting on their phones on machines at peak times. Would be great if the staff could make their rounds to ensure the equipment is actually being used as it should be. Another downer is certain gym goers do not take others into consideration and will spend 40min + on one machine e.g. cable cross/squat racks. Still an awsome gym though!!
