Just wanted to give kudos to management for thinking of their staffs safety during this uncertain time (taxi strike). Not many companies have that empathy.

The Reception staff are friendly, the Table mountain-facing pool is always sparkling clean, as are the change rooms, steam room and workout areas.

Not as much weight machines as other gyms but plenty of everything else. Floor layout is also really nice.
Bathrooms are super clean and always tidy. They also have GHD hair blowers and straighteners and a steam room. There is also showers and a few private changing rooms.

The staff are courteous and professional. There is no lack of excellence or weird vibes that you so often get at random gyms. There is order and it makes it so awesome to go there and just focus and unwind in a lovely environment. The bathrooms are always clean etc
The spinning classes are tough but so rewarding 10/10!

Spotlessly clean, modern and high-tech. I only go there for the pool and it's just spectacular. Beautifully maintained. My only complaint is that the tiles around the pool are exceptionally slippery when wet. It seems like a dangerous injury just waiting to happen to someone.
A bit small and no sauna unfortunately but otherwise great gym.
Friendly staff at the gym, however needs to work on bettering management and client communication.
