Food great. Service a tad slow despite not being busy. Waiters not too eager or friendly. Some tables not wiped down properly. Floor under table sticky. Sent cutlery back for clean ones. Perhaps pay more attention to the detail...

Cajun Spur was the best service I've received in a long time and most definitely the best Spur I've been to by far. Food was on the table in mere minutes of ordering. Staff are friendly and efficent. Jossy is great. Keep up the good work.

I must admit, this is probably the best Spur i have been too. Yes, i have had very few disappointments, but management (gosh i wish i knew the lady managers name, she is awesome) always sorts the issues out. The food is great, cooked to perfection, staff are friendly and offer great service. I prefer coming to the Spur over the others. Thank you

Always loved certain meals at spur since my kids were little. We have continued to be patrons even as the kids got older. Cajun spur is okay for a quick pop in whilst out shopping for the day. I was slightly disappointed being seated close to the entrance it was quite cold...and a little annoyed as people that came in after us were seated inside the restaurant. None the less the experience was alright for a quick pop in for lunch.

Went for lunch cause my friend was dying to have spur. Turned out they were running a special both for lunch and dessert so we grab some nice specials Not much more to say. Waiter knew when to be there and when not to so was a delightful experience

Lovely as always. Breakfast was top notch, yummy crispy bacon, good coffee, side onions, asked for no tomato because I always waste it, lekker breakfast!

Great food, great service. January 2021:Updating and changing my original 5 star to 3 star in theory-based on the behavior of a new manager. *A recent visit last week, my sister and I went to sit down and get something to eat at this particular Spur. We had been shopping just before getting something to eat. Upon being seated, we went on to drink our water purchased from a different shop while we decided what to eat. Previously this was not a problem and I've had snacks that I had bought while shopping before at this and every spur prior without any issue. *The female manager rushed over to us, not introducing herself and upbruptly told us to put our waters away, we are not allowed to consume items purchased from a different place. I was shocked and my sister decided we would leave. As we left she rushed over and asked if everything is okay. To which I said yes, we are leaving. *I can understand if there is a rule, however no other manager has ever reprimanded either myself or any member of our table for consuming food or other at spur whilst we still were to order and eat at that particular place. Left a bad taste - so to speak and can say I will not return anytime soon. Not a good experience. ====================== 26 May Update: Bruce the manager has liased with me and explained things and offered assistance with my next visit. This visit was on the date specified. Sylvia was the manager available and the service was very good as it had been before the incident. I have food allergies and everything was made as needed by requested to accommodate my needs. A very good experience this time around. Thank you Bruce and Sylvia!

Absolutely disgusted. I am a vegetarian and have not eaten meat for years... Today I called in an order for a vegetarian burger. When I arrived to collect I made sure to repeat VEGETARIAN burger before leaving with my take away. It was only after a few bites into my burger that I realized I had been given a beef burger. Totally unacceptable!!! Very disappointed.

Best Spur I've had the pleasure dining at. The girls loved the play area, the waiter, Ayabonga, was attentive, the food was delicious, your waffles were amazing. The restrooms are clean and spacious. Can't fault anything.
