Review Panarottis Bayside - Table View

So we ordered the 400g ribs and wings combo and half chicken with wings. Their pork ribs were so meaty, nicely tender with 0% fat. The wings had a dry skin and some good sauce on them which I enjoyed so much. Their chicken was super dry with no flavor whatsoever. Should you order their chicken I would advise that you eat it with the green fresh chilli, parmesan cheese with sprinkles of salt. Tasted way good.

The Milkshake was thick, felt almost like drinking ice cream. It was delicious. The pasta felt a little to flat, could have had a some more flavor. It was just OK for me but I would like to try their pizza next time. I would recommend this restaurant. Overall it was a good experience with good food. The shake being the best part. Update: Visited the restaurant again and the bread was great. The pizzas here are definitely worth a try.

SGreat place and great food. Amazing people. Panarottis is situated inside Bayside Mall at entrance number 1. I am always looking forward to get bite to eat at this restaurant. I mostly enjoy their pizza breakfast. The service has improved at alot and the staff members are very welcoming and full of smile. I am looking forward to visiting again.

This morning I had to quickly pull out of traffic to try and make it onto a online meeting, I ran into wimpy and they were so unhelpful and not together, I went into spur and waited almost 5minutes for wifi and service so I left and came through to Panaorottis, I was greeted by Anati, who saw my distress immediately seated me at a table with a plug point and provided me with wifi details immediately, and a lovely cappuccino, honestly the best service I have had in Cape Town in months. Well done my faith in Panarottis is restored and I will be back on Saturday with my family. Thank you for the service with a smile.

Pavarotti pizza is indeed the best. Big on a family..big on a pizza! Friendly staff serving with a smile.

After my poor experience and complaint, the restaurant manager and OPS manager offered for us to come and give them the oppertunity to improve on their services. What a turn around! Sufficient waiting time, fresh hot pizza and they were so attentive. I'm very much impressed and thank you for a great experience.

First time using this Panarottis, and I really like it. It was quiet, you can have a proper conversation without screaming your lungs out, and the the staff is super great.

A special thank you to our waiter Junior who made sure that all was taken care of and always trying his best to give his customers the best service required. I would definitely want more service like this and feel that should i have owned a business give this waiter a chnce to work at my business for happy customers make happy owners.

We love the new menu. Our waiter was friendly and knew the menu very well. He recommended the Saltimboka. It was brilliant! My wife's pizza was just as good. Keep it up cause we'll definitely be back! Oh, and the Sangria is dangerously delicious.

My friend and I come here fairly often. It's both convenient and has a taste we enjoy. With good drinks too. Nothing fancy, but definitely meets all the basic requirements for a good meal.

Always go to this branch mainly due to the great manageress who is always there greeting clients, chipping in to help staff and generally making sure everything runs smoothly. Good specials and no corkage charged. Ask for crispy base and staff will accommodate.

Margherita pizza was real. 🍕 the waiters are brilliant. atmosphere is so awesome. great specials, so worth it. go take your family for a fun night out at panarotis.

Friendly service and great tasting pizza’s!! You can never go wrong. Ordered the duo large pizza with the 2 saucy supreme’s (Saucy Chicken & Bacon supreme and the Saucy Meat supreme).

Decent service. The restaurant was empty but none the less quality pizza. I had the California Pizza and a standard size Margherita with a cold castle light ❄<br/><br/>The pleasure of the experience was not the Panarottis, it's self, but rather the Bay Side mall.

I haven't been to Panarottis in more than 5 years - basically since I went wheat-free. But to my surprise they now offer super delish soy flour bases that pack a mad crunch and offers divine flavour. Well done, you!<br/>We had two duos. That means half and half pizzas. One had the Sriracha chicken on one side and the Panarottis special on the other. And the other pizza had the Panarottis special on one side, and the bacon, banana and avo topping on the other side. All of our choices were tops... And there are MANY more that were hard to say no to. That being said, the Panarottis special definitely deserves the name "special". It's an amazing combo of flavours. <br/>Drinks options aren't plenty but hey, it's a family establishment where the Italian food is the real star of the show. Service at this particular outlet was slow but I didn't even care. I was just way too happy to be surprised by the fact that I could actually have a pizza and not a salad for a change.<br/>I'll be back!!

Man... we went to Panarottis for their all you can eat evening. Service was great, pizzas were good - but then the cockroach ran around the kitchen, then around one across the booth in front of us. And right now, the booth next to us is freaking out over another one on their booth. Please Panarottis - sort it out ASAP! 🙁🙁🙁

So we ordered takeaways from Panarottis Bayside. I had Lasagne, the portion was so small I could've eaten 3 portions-not worth the money. My girlfriend had the chicken schnitzel and it was well overcooked, hard and dry , they will never have us buying from them again.

Had a wonderful time! The food was delicious and had an awesome waiter. His name was Victor. We didn't have to wait long for the pizzas on a "buy one get one free" night when the place was packed.

We came to Panarottis for a family member's birthday dinner and I was surprised at the quality of the food. I've never really given the chain much of a chance but it was pretty good. The service was a bit chaotic as we came on a Tuesday, which is their buy one get one free night.<br/><br/>We shared a chicken mayo pizza which was really good. We also got the meatball pasta, which had a really tasty tomato based sauce. The meatballs weren't the greatest but they also weren't bad. The portion was also huge. Overall it was great value for money with the Tuesday special and the food and service was decent, I wouldn't mind going again.<br/><br/><br/><br/>

Just joined rewards program and then get served 3 small pices of chicken livers with lots of sauce and onions. Shame on you..I had this before at this establihment and suggest that you cut the proce with 50% as well.

Used to come here very often. Had again recently and was disappointed. They have become very expensive and toppings are less. wont be going back anytime soon.

As always a great pizza place to choose, flavourful well priced and a good family atmosphere, the pizza base was on the thin side but overall not bad.

I go here for All you can eat Thursday quite often. I think the slices are too thin and the amount of times they come past with a pizza is too little. In other words, in 45 mins I only consume half a pizza. Stingy much?? The pizza is good though.

This is a great family restaurant. I'd go as far as to say the best franchise in close proximity to the cinemas at Bayside. Service is reliably good and the quality of food is decent. It is very family friendly and kids are welcomed with open arms.

I've recently discovered the R25 breakfast special at Panarottis, which is really great value for money and really filling and tasty. There are 3 different breakfast options, one traditional bacon, eggs, tomato, sausages and toast option and two breakfast pizza options as well.<br/><br/>I have tried all three and personally prefer the traditional breakfast as I find egg on my pizza a little odd but that's just me. The service is also really great.

Panarotti's does not disappoint!<br/>A family restaurant offering consistency.<br/>One does not have great expectations of a restaurant in this calibre being a chain restaurant suitable for the whole family.<br/>Its a restaurant one tends to choose spontaneously when passing by having time to kill before a movie or maybe feeling peckish after a movie or while shopping. Very little in todays times is economical but on the bigger scale Panarotti's is more affordable than most especially when taking the family out.<br/>The pizzas are particularly good, service always pleasant and good specials on offer.<br/>A good choice accommodating all tastes.<br/>Some very good salads are on offer on the diverse menu so a good balance is offered.<br/>The breakfast special pizzas are a huge and delicious draw card.<br/>While this may not be a restaurant of choice for a romantic date or an adult birthday or anniversary celebration it has its place well carved on the market.<br/>Part of the Spur group but in my opinion somewhat nicer.<br/>Great for kids with a safe play area.

I wouldn't say this is the best store. Service isn't hot, pizza a bit hard. I have visited another branch to discover better service and quality.

We often visit Panarotti's on a Sunday before or after a movie as I thoroughly enjoy their Pizza's and Lasagne my favourite Pizza's being either the Al Capone or a 3 Cheese Pita bread which I turn into a pizza by adding the Tomato Base, Beef, Mushrooms and diced Tomato's and its Crazy delicious.<br/><br/>Service can be a little slack sometimes and if I can give any advice DO NOT sit at the back of the restaurant when it's their Thursday night eat as much as you like Pizza Special, unfortunately the folks in the back seem to be the last to get anything IF there is left... I was quite disappointed that most of the Pizza's that eventually got to us was all Chicken, Chicken and... Chicken.<br/><br/>All and all Great food for a Franchise but don't expect the best service :)
