I want to thank Lawrence, our waiter, for his excellent and friendly service this morning. Was not rushed with drink orders and food was brought out at an acceptable time.
Our waitress was Nokubonga, and she was very friendly, and always came to check on us. Excellent service and mannerism.
Had a good meal...service friendly and quick.... would obviously go again...well done guys

This place is a definite 5 stars. The food tastes amazing, never had a problem with the service. The waiters and pretty much everyone who works here is extremely friendly. I don't visit too often, but I do pop in every once in a while and every time was wonderful. Thank you so much for the amazing food and quality. I have always loved Spur since I was a little girl and celebrated many of my birthdays at one. (Still remember those adorable cardboard tribal hats!) But this Spur is definitely my favorite.
Let me start out by saying - I use to despise all Spurs, until I went to your Bayside Branch. What an ABSOLUTE pleasure! We received great service, hot food (for a change) and all our meals were tasty and beautifully presented. Management were visible and the staff were attentive even though they weren't serving us. The Kitchen Manager (Who happens to be from another top class Steak Franchise) came to our table and we just had to tell him how impressed we were with ALL the meals.

There is always such a nice vibe at this Spur on a Monday night. It might be because of the burger special however the waitons make you smile and laugh especially when the spur does that music dance. However the food is fresh and is always consistent with the overall Spur brand. Nothing that special though to be better than any other spur.
Spur is spur. Cant do much wrong ! However, very little chips were served at this spur and that was disappointing. But the eggs and bacon and the spur sauce never disappoint.
This is top 3 best Spur's I have visited in South Africa. The staff is excellent at their job, fast service. The food is exceptional. The best. The play area for kids are small but they love the jumping castle. Will go there again. Will recommend it.
We had a great time with my son, it was his birthday on the 2nd of November. We came after school the lady at the play area played with him explained the games to kids and she was very friendly. The waitress was so helpful and kind. The manager is so kind kept on checking on everyone. Our burgers were delicious, I guess lattes and cappuccino are not any Spur thing they never satisfying but overall 9/10.
Excellent service from Thembelani. Such a friendly guy who assisted me from the minute I walked in the door. I'm a fussy eater but he explained the full menu to me with a smile on his face. 10/10 service from my new friend.

This was our first time visiting this Spur.
The management & staff are very friendly & courteous. The service was outstanding as well as the food. We were served immediately, and our breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this Spur as well as pay them a visit when we are in the area again.

Loved the children's play area. Our waitress seemed new so not to penalize her. The service was good not excellent. However, she was pleasant and helpful.
