Review Malibu Spur Steak Ranch - Table View

This is top 3 best Spur's I have visited in South Africa. The staff is excellent at their job, fast service. The food is exceptional. The best. The play area for kids are small but they love the jumping castle. Will go there again. Will recommend it.

We had a great time with my son, it was his birthday on the 2nd of November. We came after school the lady at the play area played with him explained the games to kids and she was very friendly. The waitress was so helpful and kind. The manager is so kind kept on checking on everyone. Our burgers were delicious, I guess lattes and cappuccino are not any Spur thing they never satisfying but overall 9/10.

Excellent service from Thembelani. Such a friendly guy who assisted me from the minute I walked in the door. I'm a fussy eater but he explained the full menu to me with a smile on his face. 10/10 service from my new friend.

My husband and I had to see a client in the area & decided to pop in for a Spur breakfast. This was our first time visiting this Spur. The management & staff are very friendly & courteous. The service was outstanding as well as the food. We were served immediately, and our breakfast was delicious. We will definitely recommend this Spur as well as pay them a visit when we are in the area again.

Loved the children's play area. Our waitress seemed new so not to penalize her. The service was good not excellent. However, she was pleasant and helpful.

Play area was really small not much actives for the children.. Food was not to bad enjoyed there milkshake

This place is a definite 5 stars. The food tastes amazing, never had a problem with the service. The waiters and pretty much everyone who works here is extremely friendly. I don't visit too often, but I do pop in every once in a while and every time was wonderful. Thank you so much for the amazing food and quality. I have always loved Spur since I was a little girl and celebrated many of my birthdays at one. (Still remember those adorable cardboard tribal hats!) But this Spur is definitely my favorite.

Let me start out by saying - I use to despise all Spurs, until I went to your Bayside Branch. What an ABSOLUTE pleasure! We received great service, hot food (for a change) and all our meals were tasty and beautifully presented. Management were visible and the staff were attentive even though they weren't serving us. The Kitchen Manager (Who happens to be from another top class Steak Franchise) came to our table and we just had to tell him how impressed we were with ALL the meals. Professional, Attentive, Efficient, Service orientated - It's refreshing! WELL DONE MALIBU SPUR!!

Took my boys there yesterday to play while I sat to get some work done - was very impressed with their revamped play area! The boys had a blast and it's FAR better than it used to be!!!

My Hubby and I go to this SPUR a lot over the years. I think it the best SPUR no complaints.

So seeing as the alcohol ban has been lifted (finally) I was very excited to order tequila shots before my meal yesterday evening. Sadly I received watered down tequila, not slightly watered down, but more like water with a dash of tequila for flavoring. When my boyfriend asked the waitress if it was watered down all she did was laugh in embarrassment. I could see she was having a hard time with another table so chose not to complain in the restaurant as I didn't want to make her shift even worse. I am therefore taking this to social media so that others don't make the same mistake. I just cannot believe the audacity to be charged almost R30 per shot that is basically water. You are ripping your customers off and not even subtly. I am not sure if you think people forgot the taste of tequila or what. But all I can say is, as someone who used to go to this Spur regularly, I think I might change my mind next time the thought crosses my head.

Saturday morning started with breakfast and movies with my daughter's and as usual with kids we ended up at Spur.<br/><br/>I had the cheese griller breakfast. Eggs were just as I wanted them, bacon good and I really like the cheese griller.<br/><br/>Service was good and they have a nice play centre. One of my better Spur experiences.

Friendly staff, and great food. The service is slow but it’s definitely worth the wait. Perfect for birthday celebrations or just a casual night out with friends.

After seeing a Facebook advert for the breakfast special, my boyfriend and I decided to go try it as neither of us had before and we needed to go to the mall anyways. The breakfast was okay - Rob liked the bacon in particular. Service was fine too. Bottomless coffee was R20 and was very average. Overall, a good experience and exactly what you would expect for a R35 breakfast.

Came for breakfast. Great value but average coffee. Food was nice as usual, you know what you are going to get so can't have any complaints. Happy to report that everyone got along fine!

There is always such a nice vibe at this Spur on a Monday night. It might be because of the burger special however the waitons make you smile and laugh especially when the spur does that music dance. However the food is fresh and is always consistent with the overall Spur brand. Nothing that special though to be better than any other spur.

Spur is spur. Cant do much wrong ! However, very little chips were served at this spur and that was disappointing. But the eggs and bacon and the spur sauce never disappoint.
