Had a fantastic lunch here, after a disastrous dinner experience at a nearby restaurant. The service was incredibly friendly and fast, and the manager who we could see working on her laptop, even passed by and asked how things were and if the food was on point. The food was excellent and well made. We were both full as the portions were huge. Great place to stop for lunch or even dinner if you feel like a sports diner vibe.

My experience at the Hard Rock Cafe in Sun City was nothing short of amazing. Edwin and Sibongile, in particular, provided exceptional service that significantly enhanced our dining experience. We love this place. We love the food. The only thing is that is menu hasn't changed in a while. If you're craving wings or ribs or burgers, then this is perfect but if you want to try something different, you're a little out of luck. If they just expanded dtheir menu a little, it would be perfect. The music is amazing, the staff are so friendly, it's a perfect place even with the kids.

Received such an impeccable service from Karabo. He actually takes good care of his customers, checks up on them and he attends to their requests on time. If you’re going to Hardrock I’d recommend you ask to be served by him. This guy will make a great manager one day

Myself and my Fiancé went for a late meal upon arrival we met with a lovely lady named Kgomotso who was super helpful and so friendly, also had a nice but of banter going, she helped us customising our order and gave us a great recommendation on food. Kgomotso was really so energetic and fun to be served by her was really a highlight in our trip. The food was amazing!!

Great service by Pardon. Meals were good, except for items out of stock. Great service and atmosphere. Good music.

Enjoyed the whole dinner session, the staff (Edwin and sbongile) made me and my crew feel at home, their personalities combined convinced us to stay a lil bit longer than anticipated.....I'm rating their hospitality 10/10🫂♥️
