Review Mcdonald's - Strand

I decided to treat myself for lunch and I left there laughing. Mc D's hasn't disappointed me with their food. The atmosphere gets a 4 coz sometimes it's just about taking your order, your money and give you your food.

So happy with our experience with McDonald's drive through Strand. Even after breakfast time the lady at the counter took our order for sausage egg McMuffins (my favorite). Always service with a smile and food is always as expected.

Staff were quick and were very busy. Didn't wait too long. Aircon upstairs were cold. We sat outside and the atmosphere were nice. Had a great time

Don't eat a lot of take outs, but love their fries and the ice creams are just perfect

The customer's service was excellent and food 10/10 but the atmosphere was good.

Did not get my order correct. Ordered 2 large chips and only received 1.

Clean, fast and kind staff. This place ticks all boxes. Doesn't matter if its a Dive-in or a Drive thru, the great experience is always there

Unfortunately, they did not have the large chillie cheese fries , however, we were explained to that the containers are due to arrive . The place was clean, and the staff was so vibey , friendly, and all smiles, and It did not go unnoticed or appreciated. Very kind and sweet staff . Lovely outside seating if you need to , high chairs on the low level , small playground on first level and then seating . I could not see wheelchair access to top floor however the outside area is beautiful and wheelchair accessible.

On both occasions my food was served fast and freshly made. Well done.

I mean what more is there to say, if you love macdees, then you going to love this one as well.

Was fresh & fast but they didn’t pack in our fries. We ended up going back in to get it. Just check your order before you leave. They might have just missed it accidentally

Always a pleasant experience at this McDonald's. They're really fast at the drive thru

Like the chicken strips. And the ice creams are good value too.

Didn’t receive everything i ordered and they forgot my sauce

Very bad service, the night before I was abled to make 3 different orders, I came back tonight and they said they weren't abled too! I asked for the manager and the woman rudely ignored me and did not reply to me. She also had an attitude. Then I had to drive through the drive through twice. This is such bad service.
