The food is always high quality, never have had a problem over years of going to them. Sometimes the touch panels / ordering systems are not working, which can cause a lot of delays, other than than no problems!

Always nice to go there.My son and I went there was n bit crowded,but nice.waiters always friendly. We ordered although I got a coke instead of creme soda. But the friendliness and quick service made up for it will definitely go again

This is worst McDonald's I've been to. The space was awkwardly small and layout not very customer friendly. When it's extremely busy people don't know where to que. I've been a few times to this McDonald's and it's rare that my order is met 100%, there's always something gotta be missing. But I love McDonald's and the food never disappoints.

Great service, we were welcomed and assited in great time - but I would not recommend sitting upstairs if you are sensitive to spaces in which sound echoes loudly or is very hot. The upstairs seating area is also right next to the toilets and is quite distracting

Had a complaint that was swiftly resolved. The management of this restaurant certainly are excellent and place high value on customer care. Was very upset with a bad experience we had, however, the manner in which they dealt with my complaint completely impressed me. Highly recommend.

Most of the staff are rude. Inside it's always too noisy with music playing. I've received the wrong order a few times. If I try to fix it, the staff are rude and they insist I am in the wrong.

This place is the epitome of screw the customer. The racist who was supposed to take my order threatened me and utterly refused to take my order. It may be mcdonalds but of every and any service industry business i have experience it is by far the worst. The only reason they see any service is the sheer amount of drunk students. They do not rate any points on a scale. It is a resounding ZERO<br/>

If I could give a lower rating I would. Never in my life have I experience this level of uselessness, particularly from their manager Amanda. It is her job so ensure customer satisfaction with her branch and it has taken 6 weeks (and counting) for them to refund me despite my best efforts. I'll be raising a complaint at head office and will involve the police if I must, I consider it theft. If you know what's good for you, don't buy here and if you're willing to risk it, just pay cash - don't test the system, it doesn't work. Go to the Merriman branch instead or better yet just choose a different franchise.

The service is shifty, they are extremely slow and rude and focus ob everything other than the mantra of McD's: good food, fast. They always burn the coffee. They frequently mess up my breakfast orders. Screw this wretched place.

Clean (at least in the early morning when I went), fast, friendly, and open 24 hours. My egg McMuffins were a little burnt, but still good. Seems to be a pretty solid Mickey D's—at least for South Africa.
