It's a nice place and nice services

Generally a good place to find good specials. Disappointed at the fact that some of our usuals were out of stock. Won't stop me from visiting again

Service is good but please get stock for Jolly Jelly ice cream..It was my Third Time asking for Jolly Jelly and their don't have.

There are few things I love as much as super creamy, flavourful ice cream – just typical, normal, unhealthy ice cream. But at Cold Gold you don’t get normal ice cream. Their ice cream is diabetic, vegan, vegetarian and banting-friendly. In other words, super health-conscious. And if you expect normal ice cream or gelato, you’ll probably be disappointed.<br/><br/>I am not diabetic, vegetarian, vegan, or banting, so upon tasting this PC ice cream, my palate was a little disappointed. It’s great that they make treats for people who can’t eat normal ice cream, and I applaud them for that, but it just wasn’t what I craved or expected.<br/><br/>The lady recommended the Salted Caramel and Peppermint Crisp Tart flavours to us. I had my eye on the Salted Caramel, so I was delighted. However, it was more salt than caramel, and I couldn’t eat it. The Peppermint Crisp Tart was better, but both were a little watery to my taste. Again, if you can’t have normal ice cream then this must be amazing, but my taste buds craved something creamier and more flavourful. Sorry.<br/><br/>The staff was also not very friendly, which bothered me more than the watery and salty ‘ice cream’. I’d think if you have such a secluded, far off situated place that friendliness should be the order of the day, but sadly it was not.<br/><br/>I think if Cold Gold were to tell you upfront through signage and marketing that they specialise in healthy ice creams, then it will be a million times better. Because then you know what you’re letting yourself in for. I might even be impressed that this vegan, sugar-free version is similar to what I would call normal ice cream. But when you expect normal and get abnormal, then it’s less pleasing.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and allowed us to have a taste before deciding. We enjoyed the ice cream outside as it was a lovely day.

Beautiful, gracious staff! Great prices. The strawberry sorbet is lush, ripe and juicy!😍🍓 The white nectarine is a more delicate flavour, but captured well!<br/><br/>The dairy free ice-creams (made with almond milk) could be improved... It is difficult to ensure the creaminess in a vegan ice-cream but I have had several that achieve it! Like the idea of cappuccino almond 👌

Wow!!!! Yeah this place made me such a happy girl ;) if you are a banter like me or just a person trying to eat healthy and eat clean... It's so so tough finding dessert that satisfies the sweet craving and is 100% healthy. I brought 3 tubs of paleo/Banting ice cream made of all natural ingredients. Sjoe eat your heart out this summer !!!! Get there ... Amazeballs no other word. Takes just like non Banting but it's all healthy I love it! Guilt-free cheat! It is a bit more pricey but so so good I absolutely would suggest it!

DELICIOUS GOURMET ICE-CREAM!!! The ice-cream was rich and flavorful. Service was awesome and tailored to our every taste testers! Definitely recommend this ice-cream emporium to all ice-cream lovers

Cold Gold Artisan Ice Cream & Sorbet has to be my all time favourite ice-cream! Never has something tasted so delicious and yet "quilt-free". For the health and weight conscious Cold Gold makes the best banting ice-cream in vanilla and chocolate, although it tastes a little different than your usual "ice-cream" its definitely worth a try and an added excuse for a drive through to Stellies :-)
