Simonsberg Cafe - Stellenbosch - Photo album

I attended one of their popular full moon hikes. It was well organised and the hike was incredible - way better than the Lion's Head one. What a place to view the most beautiful sunset I have seen ... and the moonrise.
Great MTB trail surrounding the venue. Great place for the whole family.
We went to Delvera for the Wine Walk to Warwick. The Estate has quite a lot to offer - hiked and cycling but there is also a beer brewery, kids play area (with peddle go karts), pottery place with beautiful ceramics and so much more. Previously we visited for breakfast - and this time round we did t
Argus bicycle ride caused it to be very quiet at their Sunday festival. Despite this the band played all afternoon. Not many, but some beautiful crafts. Good foods, of different varieties, wine, cool drinks and on site brewed craft beer, very good. People very friendly. Great atmosphere. Great Sunda
One of the best venues for cycling and trail running, the views are breathtaking. Prepare to be challenged, the climbs can be tough and the terrain can be technical especially after rain. The home of Dirtopia, they offer a range of services at the venue as well as a restaurant, well worth a visit.
Yesterday (3 August 2018) we went to a party for a 7 year old. The kids had great fun riding on the pedal go-carts (R50 p/hr p/p). Tables were laid out for the eats and drinks
we stopped for brunch and enjoyed the atmosphere with the large windows/doors the allows the beautiful surroundings into the restaurant. The person on duty was friendly and helpful. The pizzas my husband and daughter had was delicious, although with a somewhat different base than the norm. More like
Good place. There for MTB during lockdown. Adquate parking. Trail were very challengeing but not very well maintained. Some good viewing up on the trails. Take note this trial u pay to ride.
Good food, situated on R44 very easy to find. GREAT wines, and view of table mountain. Great wedding venue and they Have mountain biking and mountain hiking. Good place, staff is friendly
The Wingerd Vine was very nice. The artisan ice cream and beer are all together. Food was great and came quick. The olive tastings are only open during the week (its Sunday). All in all love the place.
We ventured out to climb Klapmutskop on a hot day, it was a beautiful hike with stunning views. The only negative was that they were spraying the vineyards on that day. The free coffee that comes with the permit was delicious.
A hidden gem of relaxation. Do try the beerfrau beer. This is one of those places where the vibe is just excellent. It's not the fanciest or anything, it is the place where you go to relax, and stay just a couple of hours longer than what you had in mind. There is a playground for kids to hang aroun
We always have a lovely time here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The food is well priced and tastes wonderful. Kids can run around outside and play on the jungle gym. Truly a very underrated place
Such a dynamic wine farm that hosts the most amazing and adventures trail races in Stellenbosch. Always try do at least two every year. The staff is great, and the is a nice restuarant and sports shop with amazing views of the winelands
Nice Sunday afternoon, with very nice food and wine. And dont forget to try the ice cream! We had a table in the gardens with a view over Table Mountain. I would recommend this place
