Had the caramel cheesecake with rooibos tea, it was very nice moist and delicious! Had a very nice experience here and it is a great stop for some Cake/tart and tea/coffee. Comfortable seats and nice vibe to it. Will definitely return for some more cheesecake!

Had a scone that was served with jam, cheese and cream. Fanbulously fresh and served warm. An absolute delight. My husband's breakfast was a trammazini and oh my gosh when it arrived it was half the plate full, served with chips made from real potatoes, not those frozen kind. An absolute treat. For anyone that wants something sweet, chexk out the fridges. The cakes, tarts and other baked goods are delivered early in the morning and packed into the fridges. If you don't find something there, then you're not in the mood for something sweet!🤔

Good food. Ok service. No "sugar" option for diabetics and we had to ask for milk with our tea.

The staff is friendly and the service was quick. I had a grilled croissant with ham and cheese, and without a doubt, I would order it again. It's also not too noisy or busy.

I've never really received pleasant service here. All the times I've been here they either tell me they are about to close(about 30mins prior closing time or the machines are already off). However this time around it was rather different. My friend and I were there one afternoon for lunch we were on a break that was around past 4 to 5pm. The reason we like it there is we always enjoy their food elsewhere. My friend ordered a salad Nicoise that has tuna and I went for their special of quiche of the day and a cappuccino or filter coffee. Well before we ordered I asked our waitress what the quiche had and she said mushroom & asparagus. Highly expectant of the asparagus, I ordered. Now for the coffee, I was told I cant have it beacuse the machine was off and I was offered Apple juice instead. When the food arrived, there was no asparagus in the quiche only chunks of mushroom. I asked my waiter who dowright said sorry its not my fault, its the kitchen. My friend on other hand ordered a tuna salad. Nothing wrong with the appearance but the tuna (which was tinned) smelt very bad and off. Knowing how dangerous tuna canbe, we immediateĺy told our waiter who called the manager. We voiced our concern about the tuna upon which the manager herself argued that the tuna was very fresh and was bought on that very day. Her actual words were;- "We are very careful with our tuna and we certainly don't take chances" I know tuna and I know that if handled bad like a few minutes in the can or outside the fridge it easily goes bad. The biggest part of the show was when the manager brought to us the tuna tin to show us the expiry date and the receipt to show that is was bought from Game on that day. She didnt even try to check the tuna about what we meant. My biggest concern was we were not herd and the manager acted with a take it or leave it attitude. We paid our bill and left very hungry and disappointed. I dont mind paying especially good food but my question to date stands at are you not supposed to pay for a satisfactory meal and good service or what????? Here at Limnos Stellenbosch we paid for food that we did not have and a stinking attitude. How easy it is to run a bussiness to the ground! Attached below is the bill of the orders in question...

Limnos is a pleasant spot to sit and shoot the breeze. The coffee is good and the selection of baked goods is out of this world. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

Had to wait about 15mins before a waiter even came to take my order and that was just because i called her. The danish i had was definitely not freshly baked. All that put aside; they have great specials and their quiche tastes lovely.

Their doughnuts are a favourite of mine, as well as the Danishes, but that's it. I've tried a few cakes and other pastries and found them dry. Additionally, they would taste old or like nothing at all. After 3 disappointing attempts at changing my usual doughnut order, I stopped trying. Their cappuccino is also great though but the serving size is a bit small for the cost IMO. But don't take my word for it, try them out - but start with a takeaway doughnut cause the service is terrible.

Their strawberry cheese cake never disappoints! I love it, it's always chilled not so full of noise even though they situated amongst retailers.😆

I had a great experience. I was really excited to go here. The pastries and drinks were delicious. The staff were friendly and the overall feeling was quite nice.

Today my fiancé and I had the chocolate brownie cheesecake. It was great. What wasn't great is that it took the kitchen more than 10 minutes to plate one slice of cake and pour two glasses of juice. This made no sense considering the restaurant was almost completely empty. The table next to ours ordered a milkshake and tea the same time we placed our order and their order arrived 5 whole minutes before ours. I then asked the waiter for a another fork as my fiancé and I planned on sharing the slice. We had finished the slice of cake and asked for the bill and the waitress still hadn't brought the fork I asked for. To sum it up: great desserts, horrible service.

Awesome food etc, just change the zomato profile..they do not have home delivery! This confuses customers and is not the fault of the business but the fault of zomato..

I had a sweet tooth and so I was on the lookout for a bakery. I chose this one because I couldn't help but stare at their magnificent chandeliers. Not just that but their baked treats looked too good to resist. <br/><br/>I browsed their display case and I opted for what looked like a berry cheesecake. It was no cheesecake but wow! It was impeccably made and tasted absolutely divine. It was encased by pure white chocolate and was filled with rich strawberry mousse. At the base is a thin layer of melted chocolate and shortbread biscuit. The cherry on top of this cake were the two small squares of chocolate.<br/><br/>Honestly, one of the best desserts I have ever had.

While the venue's decor may seem inviting, the service here has been terrible every time. I often find the waiters to be dismissive and rude, and the food is definitely not worth the high price. While the food isn't bad, it's simply not enough to make up for the price or buzzkill service.

This place looks great everytime I walk past it. The beautifully decorated cakes, pastries and macarons convinced me that I should give it a try, however I was serverly underwhelmed. <br/>The cakes don't taste fresh at all but I would recommend the macarons. The service was shocking and there was an ambience but that was purely because it is situated in the mall so there are always people walking past. <br/>I wish it were better because it's so convienent however, I won't go back.

Cute little spot in Eikestad mall to stop for a quick bite or coffee in between some shopping. I've been a number of times to either grab a takeaway coffee or sit down for a cappuccino. A little pricey but the coffee is really really great!! The set up is pretty damn adorable and the pink and brown colour scheme is most welcoming. You have to work a little to get some service but if you're not in a hurry it's not a problem. I haven't yet tried their sweet treats but I have been incredibly enticed by the huge cake selection at the entrance! Very clever marketing trick, maybe next time it will work!;)
