We Had a awesome wine tasting experience at Le Pommier Wine Estate. The weather was nice so we took a drive for a wine tasting. This is definitely one place i would recommend and come back to.
The guy at reception was very friendly and engaging.
The location.the beautiful scenery, the great views. The wines was nice too. This is a lovely place to come and relax, destress and unwind. * * * * * 🤗✨🍹🍾🍷🍸🍹

The food and wine are unmatched.
The food is filled with flavour and presented so beautifully. The wine …ohhhh the wine….it’s most certainly the best Sauvignon blanc I’ve ever had.
The knowledgeable and friendly staff were wonderful.
We will most certainly be back and would recommend you to everyone !

We stopped by on our way back to Stellenbosch. Weren't super hungry so we ordered something light - it hit the spot! Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was quick and we had a beautiful view. Worth the visit. Thank you!!

This wine farm is underrated its inexpensive and offers beautiful views . Child friendly so that the kids can also have a great time whilst adults have fun . Definitely recommend 👌

We had a lovely stay at Le Pommier. Our view from our room was amazing. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars, is for the location of the luxury self catering suites we stayed at. It is right next to the Helshoogte road, the road noise is a bit of a deal breaker. We had to keep the air conditioner on to tune out the road noise at night😕. Also the service of the restaurant is not great for a 5 star venue. Other than that, a beautiful wine estate with breathtaking surroundings.

Food was excellent. Service was good until 3/4 way through the meal...then we had to find someone for assistance...*our waitress dropped the ball on a few things, which made them lose one star, in my opion (which makes Tokara a better option out of these two restaurants), simply based on how we were received and our service throughout the meal.
Otherwise 5 stars to the chef and his team, the Pork Belly is highly recommended. Sorry the waitress let you down.

The staff were incredibly helpful, making little changes and taking care of any needs. The views are beautiful. The suite I stayed in was spacious and beautifully styled. We went for a work function in the height of winter and the conference room had a roaring fireplace, along with all the dining rooms. The rooms had gas fireplaces too so it was always warm. The food was good, not exceptional. I would recommend skipping the burgers and trying the Cape style dishes. The salmon pasta, Cape malay curry, malva pudding, and Cape style lamb stews were delicious. The wine was fine. The reds were better than the whites. I would recommend the Malbec.

The wine tasting was great with the food pairing of chicken pie, bobo tie and paté. I loved that the restaurant was kid freindly with an outdoor play area. The service was freindly and efficient.

Absolutely lovely. Feels like I'm a tourist in another country. Road is a bit noisy, as mentioned by some, but not bothersome to me. Owners fantastic. Can't wait to return!
