The "Scarecrow Strawberry Farm" has certainly changed from the original one we visited 10 years ago, but not in bad way. Great restaurant, food service, play area. A pleasure to visit. They also still have the old vintage bottles dating back from the 1990's past their prime but makes great gifts for special year anniversary presents.

Strawberry picking is something we have not done before. Great family outing. Enjoyed it. Great farm stall with good selection of goodies. Great wine store as well.

Great place for a chill and their pizzas are amazing, pity I forgot to take a pic. Brian was our waiter, very friendly guy and serves with a smile visible behind the mask. All the waiters actually are nice and friendly. Really enjoyed ourselves

Mooiberge Farmstall does not only have delicious strawberries (which you can pick yourself, certain times of the year), but also a wide variety of yummy jams, jellies, preserves, nuts, dried fruits, fresh vegetables and biltong and don't forget the wine section. If you are looking for half a wine barrel to use as a planter (or anything else), they have those too!
Right next door is the Thirsty Scarecrow where you can relax with a piece of cake or have some lunch. There is an enclosed play area for the kids and just recently they added a sweet shop!

Lots of little strawberries that can be picked, for really affordable prices. this place is really worth a visit.

Show me someone who don't like strawberries! What a great idea to enable clients to go strawberry picking! Great farm style stall to stop. We enjoyed it very much - couldn't take too much strawberries. Had so much fun - a great attraction for young and old. If you're not into strawberries - you could just sit and enjoy a nice meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very colorful and inviting! Just love the colorful artwork and "scarecrows" in the strawberry fields! What a lovely afternoon we had.

A beautiful place to visit and pick your own strawberries. They have amazing scarecrows all over the grounds and their products in the little shop taste awesome.

A nice walk through the field to pick some strawberries, however it would seem to me that we arrived a bit late for this adventure as most of the strawberries have been picked already. Was a fun time. There is a playground for the kiddies and 2 restaurants. They almost flow into each other. The one is The Farmer's Kitchen and the other the Thirsty Scarecrow. Definitely worth a visit to Mooiberge, however timing might be very important.

Such a wonderful place to be on a sunny day to grab your fresh strawberries, wine, groceries etc. The restaurant also serves some amazing dishes as you enjoy the views of Stellenbosch mountains.
