My best friend and I used to go to Giovanni's at Waterstone village and we loved the restaurant. It was our special treat. Since his passing it has just been to painful to go there and I have decided to go to Eikendal instead. Yesterday I visited Giovanni's at Eikendal. We were 4 people and everyone had an absolutely fantastic meal. The carpaccio is simply out of this world. One of my guests said that the pizza was the best pizza he ever had. The prices are perfect and the staff is so nice. We had a 3 course meal and everything was served in perfect timing. Thank you Giovanni's for being such a special place.
Exceptional food and a beautiful vineyard setting are a given at Giovanni's but what really sets it apart is the heart and soul the owners and staff put into making each customer experience a phenomenal one - something so many establishments lack nowadays.
I loved the authentic Italian pizzas and pastas but especially the great vibe - perfect for couples and big lunches with family and friends. Lots of space for kiddies to play and parents to enjoy their wine in peace!

Great service, great setting, great food and great whiskey! What more can I ask for? Perfect place for families as there's a big lawn outside but also romantic for couples with the dim lighting inside.

Had an exquisite meal and wine experience at Giovanni's today! Superbly prepared fresh Kabeljou, melting Pizza, tasty wine and wonderful cappuccino and desserts to round off the last courses. Will recommend to anyone out there to share in this

Decided to take the family for dinner on Sunday night. Hubby and I had pasta and my daughter a pizza. The food was hot and delicious. Pricing is affordable. Service was a bit slow, but was understandable as they were quite busy. Would definitely go back.

Amazing food, expertly prepared and cooked perfectly. We enjoyed every moment of our evening there. I will recommend booking a table, as they were quite busy and we wouldn't have gotten a table if it weren't for the booking. The menu is diverse with a great selection of pizzas and pastas, and also steak and veal options. Highly recommend them, and will definitely be going back again!

It's one of the best Somerset West has to offer. The staff are friendly, courteous, and attentive. The menu is superb. They offer delivery (call to confirm range), but then you'll miss out on the wonderful atmosphere. Order the melanzane 😉.
The food was amazing. Would recommend the Alfredo Pasta. Creamy, with loads of ham and mushrooms. Our waitron was on point- friendy, efficient, and because of his service I would drive all the way back to Somerset West again.
