Great lunch time meal. The air place kept the restaurant walm that was able to take off jacket on a cold day. Lacked music, but food and service was brilliant.

The food is phenomenal. The best meal I have had in a very long time. Busy, so service seemed stretched but friendly and efficient. Big area for kids to run.

We visited the bistro today, only to have a scone and coffee, but instead ordered the Joosten-burger and cheesecake. I have not had a burger PERFECTLY cooked medium rare. Did not expect to have a good burger at all. The meat was cooked to perfection, aoili was yummy, desert cheesecake good and the vanilla pod ice cream was amazing. Expectations exceeded and kudos to the chef!!

We came here after our hot air balloon ride and we loved it. Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, good choice of breakfast options. They also sell many goods, but we were there just for breakfast.

It was my first visit, and it was a wonderful experience. I am very impressed with the Deli and the great variety of products. Very neat and clean. Vast open space for walks after a delicious meal

Lovely Deli & Restaurant. Nice, big lawn for the kids to play on with a jungle gym & today there was even a horse 🐴 for riding. We went for cuppacino's ☕ and some cake 🍰. We had the Baked Cheescake with Berry Syrup & The Coffee Cake with Whipped Cream = both a real treat for our taste buds! The food being brought out by the waitors also look delicious. 😋 Will definitely visit again for lunch. The only negative I have is the fact that our waitress made us feel like we should order a full lunch & because we didn't we should eat and get going. This is the vibe I got which put a bit if a damper on what would otherwise have been a lovely afternoon. Also a MUST for gardeners as there are quite a variety of plants one can be in the different little nurseries surrounding the Bistro. 🌵🪴☘️🌹

Had a great lunch here. Staff was friendly and attentive ... the food was really good (as was that glass of wine). Of course, everything is just so much better with such a peaceful view. And always enjoy their shop - from the freshly baked bread to their meat.

Very nice and good food.

Amazing food with great service. Browse in the shop and you will find plenty of farm fresh produce. The quality of the meat products produced by the master butcher is absolutely superb. The pork products taste great. The homemade rooibos and lemon iced tea is great treat on a hot day

Had a lovely lunch at Klein Joostenberg.view is stunning and the place is very popular for picnics. I would recommend that you visit not only to eat but to buy fresh meat, deli meats and fresh bread at the Deli. Lovely place.

So much to do at this venue for young,old and couples. We had a nice breakfast and staff was attentive and friendly. Will highly recommend Joostenberg Bistro

There are very few places like Klein Joostenberg where you can order a meal & know what you'll get their quality is tops too. Space to sit inside OR outside under a tree & the huge open space with grass all round and a large pond further down. 👏 👏 What a pleasure to get away from the maddening crowd & come here. All my friends make a turn here due to the freedom their children have & many bring their blankets too. Hope you'll visit Klein Joostenberg soon.

The steak van done to perfection. Real potato fries. Sauce was good as well.

Very nice venue for family outings. You can either make use of the two eating venues or do picnic outside under the trees. Their are horse and buggy rides for kids and geese to amuse the children. Lots and lots of open grass areas. There even a wedding venue for those looking for a beautiful outside venue. They have a lovely shop with awesome selection of vegetables, snacks, breads, meats, delicacies, sweets, etc to pick from. According to staff it is best to phone and book a table before coming through. We just popped in and got a table with no issues.

Loving setting, lovely food, comfortable deli and nature atmosphere. Rolling green lawns and trees all around makes for a very pretty view.

Lovely views for a picnic with your family. Unfortunately the Joostenberg Bistro does not allow pets. The cappuccino was unfortunately scolding hot. A great inexpensive breakfast with great waiters.

Joostenberg Bistro.. Muldersvlei. Lovely atmosphere. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Coffee to die for. You can buy all your nice fresh pork products in the butchery, fresh artisan breads, vegetables and fruit. Lovely gardens to walk in. A nursery. Lovely roses. Antique Shop. A lovely outing for the whole family.
