Review Delaire Graff Restaurant - Stellenbosch

Exquisite preparation and presentation of every dish I got to sample. Stand outs were the west coast mussels and the karoo lamb. Yet still thats being too picky as every dish was exceptionally good. One of the nicest lunches I’ve had in Cape Town. This estate must rank as 1 of the best in stellenbosch, feels so posh and well polished.

Delaire Graff Estate is an enchanting destination that left me captivated. The lunch experience was extraordinary, with exquisite Graff designed statues adding elegance. The exceptional service and delectable cuisine created a sensory feast. It's a place of magic and beauty, offering a taste of excellence. Albeit it was a rainy day, it was still a truly unforgettable journey for me and my family

Had the best engagement dinner of our lives! The staff is incredible - thanks to the manager Élias for pulling some strings for our special night & to Bruce & Trevor for being the most incredible servers! We can’t wait to come back again.

Delaire Graff Estate is an enchanting and awe-inspiring destination. I had the privilege of spending a truly memorable afternoon on the terrace, indulging in a delightful lunch. The cool, beautiful winter weather, combined with the clear blue skies, created a picturesque setting. Surrounded by majestic mountains, vineyards, and olive groves, the estate felt like a true oasis. Adding to the ambiance were the exquisite Graff designed statues, which added a touch of elegance to the surroundings. The service I received was exceptional, worthy of white glove treatment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a truly remarkable experience. As for the food, it exceeded my expectations. Every dish was expertly prepared, bursting with flavors that delighted my palate. Before leaving, I couldn't resist stopping by the wine shop to grab a bottle of their exceptional wines. I also couldn't resist indulging in their renowned Delaire Graff Chocolate, which was simply divine. These added touches elevated my Stellenbosch adventure to new heights. In summary, Delaire Graff Estate is a place of pure magic and beauty. It offers a sensory feast with its stunning surroundings, impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the opportunity to bring home a taste of its excellence. It truly was the highlight of my time in Stellenbosch.

This is a top restaurant without a doubt! It is a luxurious restaurant with a vast quantity of different types of Delaire wines.🍷 The food was delicious as you can see in the photos and the service was what I enjoyed the most! Top service with great attention to detail. This is the best restaurant I have experienced in South Africa! This restaurant is a MUST If you come to the winery! 🍇 Expensive but totally worth it! 🔝

Lunched with friends from overseas. The restaurant is fantastically fabulous, our table had two assigned servers who were on point all the time, topping up drinks, good information on the menu items. Food was out of this world good and of course the company was wonderful. Definitely worth consideration for a very special celebration or feast.

There is a beautiful view from the terrace of the restaurant. The menu is small, but you can choose: among the main dishes there are fish, beef, lamb, and poultry. Good service by the waiters. But very rude communication from managers. Didn't give a compliment. No bread, no candy. There is nowhere to walk in this estate, there is no garden, etc., only two restaurants and that's it. The food is ordinary, beautifully presented.

Great place for lunch! The view is beautiful, it’s nicely sheltered from the sun, the service is very friendly and the food is delicious! Would have appreciated if there was an alcohol free wine option, guess I’m not the only person that cannot drink alcohol but would love to enjoy the taste of a glass of wine in this setting.

This is my go to place to take any visitor. The vistas and surrounding area are simply breathtaking. Most of my overseas guests describe the views as so beautiful it looks "fake". The restaurant never disappoints. Simply amazing food, fantastic servers and welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is located on a terrace overlooking the Stellenbosch wine region. We didn’t try their wine selection. The food was good, the servers were very polite and accommodating. The vegetarian menu was separate, but it had a good selection. The place has a diamond store as well as the biggest yellow diamond in the world 118 carats (though the display is a replica)

Absolutely stellar from start to finish. We expected the food and wine to be excellent (it was!), but the personalized and thoughtful service that really pushed it over the top to for us. We were a group of 7, with one but allergy and one vegan. We ate 3 courses, and moved outside and changed tables between courses. Not only were they so lovely and accommodating, they also kept perfect track of who was who and what special needs everyone had. A must visit in the Cape Winelands for a reason!

Amazing dining expierence, the restaurant has a small but delicious menu. The menu had 4 first courses, 4 salads and 4 main courses and it had some specials as well. The thing that stands out above it all was the quality of service and the view from the terrace. I would also recommend the wine tasting next to the restaurant which is also part of the restaurant.

Went there to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Everything was up to standard. Food was amazing, I had the most beautifully prepared yellow fish. Had Gelato for dessert, it was just melting in my mouth. I would really recommend this place for any kind of celebrations. Was very happy with the service. The estate itself is well taken care of, and is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.
