Excellent service. By far the best food out of all the Steers I have been to.

The soft serve has never disappointed me, the staff is always friendly and food has always been yummy.

Fast and friendly, however you ought to open up the already stapled orders as they ommitted the necessary and overlooked condomence saviet tissues,

Service and Food is pretty good, however I do recommend they replace the STEERS sign outside the shop, its due for an overhaul and does nothing for the aesthetics of the place...... and have updated my rating to a 5, thanks guys for changing the sign, looks great!

Although the service is great the quality of the food is terrible it is not the first time, burgers are ice cold even the cheese is not melted. If you want quality Engen rowhill is the place to go. cooked to order great quality and consistent. its worth the drive.

Cold limp chips and all the fried bits they can say what they like i got the dredges the cheek of it I paid for crap! My Burgers were cold because it was left standing on the shelf for about 15 mins because too busy adding up tillslips.I demand an apology and my food to be replaced.My complaint was attended to so will change my *rating
