Lovely cold beers with an amazing view.
Bathrooms are not great or clean, could use some work...
Overall experience was good, great ocean view, food was good, had paella and a prego. Due to loadshedding the food took a bit longer than usual, but worth the wait.
I saw all the bad reviews and thought to still go for a drink. Upon arrival there was no one to receive us, we were completely alone, and after a bit, a waiter came and assisted us.
Apart from that, we had a good time and received our drinks fast and ice cold. The waiter was very friendly.

Food overall good in this well situated Restaurant. Try the calamari is was crispy and tender and the tartar sauce was made in the kitchen. It boasts amazing views of the sea and Lagoon and one can come in right off the beach and grab a cold beer on tap. They have a nice wine selection and waitrons

Absolutely beautiful scenery and even better staff. I got the hake and it was so tasty and fresh. The cocktail menu is very wide and you can order anything under the sun. You can walk right onto the beach

Me and my brother went to Riptide Restaurant for a beer and a snack. First time here. Service is good. Staff friendly. Food took a bit long to be served. Otherwise a very nice setting with a view on the ocean, beach and river. Will be back one day.
