Best Ice creams & shakes! Friendly & helpful staff! Food always warm & good. Ladies toilets very clean. Never seen an unhappy customer in 7 years!!
Every time that i have made a quick stop here for something small, the service has always amazed me. Nevermind the R49 i would spend, i would get the same service to when i spend more then R250. I am forever grateful for the prompt service i always get here, no matter the time or order. Keep it up management and awesome staff!!!!
Got freshly made & yummy food here, with friendly staff that speak clearly over the intercom. They also ensured that the chips had enough salt on, as requested. Drive-through also has enough space, so as not to make it uncomfortable.

I am not satisfied i stop at Mc Donald in Somerset West on my way from the West Coast we order 3 two cheese burger meals but only the burgers and 2 happy meals and 2 Mc Feast De Lux but after the fouth time the bring the worng order i just left and we stop in Swellendam where we vist and found that we got 3 cheese burgers and 2 happy meals and 2 mc Royale so i am very Disappointed please refund or give me a voucher attached photo of slip
Macdonalds somerset is always clean, and macdonalds staff are friendly and ready to receive their customers upon entering the restaurant.
As with all McDonald's they do what they must. Friendly staff, clean environment. Safe for toddlers to play. McDonald's food is McDonald's food anywhere in the world.
